This is a nice running Baja Turbo, these are hard to find and fun to drive. Call me with questions 813 421 2085 Clean AutoCheck, no accidents reported. This car doesn't pass our used car department inspection for retail, therefore it is offered as a "fixer". Just traded, the shop inspection tells us that it needs an A/C high side hose, it will blow cold but loses the refrigerant over time. It also was written up for a cracked center exhaust pipe. This can likely be repaired at a muffler shop. When I ran the car I couldn't hear it, but it should be repaired for safety reasons. The other item noted was the right rear shock absorber is beginning to leak. It's a shock absorber on the Baja, not a strut. It has a home made bed cover that is likely best discarded. It's not that great. the bed and tailgate are in very good condition. These are Kelly Blue values for private party sales:

Subaru details BRZ tS, stops short of full-on STI
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Fans of the sweet-handling Subaru BRZ awaiting some performance enhancements got their hopes up earlier this month when parent Fuji Heavy Industries dropped some teasers hinting at an apparent STI version, but as was subsequently suspected, the model in question - now revealed in full - stops short of being a full-on STI model.
What we're looking at here is the new Subaru BRZ tS, which incorporates a series of enhancements but leaves the engine alone. Available exclusively in the Japanese Domestic Market, the BRZ tS package includes a thicker driveshaft, a front lip spoiler, Brembo ventilated brake discs packed inside 18-inch wheels and a smattering of STI logos inside and out. STI has also upgraded the suspension components, retuned the stability control and exhaust note and enhanced the interior with some carbon and Alcantara touches. An additional GT package includes further upgrades, most noticeably the giant rear wing (made of carbon fiber) shown above, black-painted alloys and Recaro bucket seats.
Only 500 examples of the BRZ tS will be offered in Japan, with no more than 250 of those outfitted with the supplementary GT package. Here's hoping Subaru gives us a taste on this side of the Pacific as well - or better yet, maybe they'll quit joking around and give us the full-on STI already.

Out of all the automakers doing business in the US, Subaru is the one that has carved out the most interesting niche for itself in the minds and lifestyles of buyers. Outdoorsy types, dog lovers and active families alike flock to Subaru's rugged nature and all-wheel-drive utility - and they're fiercely loyal, which is probably why Subaru has become a success story.
But Subaru is still a relatively small player in the US market, and with recent profits surging, parent company Fuji Heavy Industries is facing a dilemma: continue on with the successful niche market Subaru has carved out for itself, or attempt to go mainstream and give big players like Nissan and Toyota a run for their money. According to Carscoop, Japan Times and Bloomberg News are reporting that Fuji Heavy is beginning discussions this month to determine which direction Subaru will take.
