The is my fantastic "fully loaded" personal car which is in impeccable condition. Never been in a accident or abused. All maintenance done and records kept of every tank of fuel. Beautiful beige leather interior without any blemishes. Original carpet floor mats were never used since I used the Subaru rubber mats, which are still clean and with the car. Tires are excellent.
Car has the following equipment:
Power moon roof, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, rear camera, and HomeLink garage-door opener. SUV has body-colored side moldings (on doors) and black wheel-arch moldings. There is a rear bumper guard and splash guards at each wheel. The 17-inch alloy wheels have wheel locks. A spare tire is under the rear floor panel. The Blue-tooth (I-phone telephone, etc) works well with the stereo HD radio system. The climate control is a dual zone system. 10-way power driver seat and 4-way power passenger seat. 60/40 fold-down rear seat and tilt/telescoping steering wheel. The roof rack has integrated cross bars. There is privacy glass in the rear section. Tire pressure monitoring system and handy LATCH system for child safety seats.
A final note: my MPG values vary (detailed records of every tankful) between 25 and 29, which agrees with the car's EPA rating of 26 combined and 29 highway. If you have any questions send me an email to russelhertzog@gmail.com for more information.

Kayaba, Sumitomo to pay millions for price-fixing in US
Sat, Sep 19 2015Kayaba Industry Co, which does business in the US as suspension parts maker KYB, and Sumitomo Electric Industries are facing payments in the millions to settle price-fixing cases about the components that they make. As part of the Department of Justice's ongoing crackdown of price fixing in the auto industry, KYB agreed to pay $62 million and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to set the cost of shock absorbers from the mid '90s through 2012. The company allegedly worked with co-conspirators to keep the cost of the parts high, and those components then made it into vehicles from Honda, Kawasaki, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, and Toyota. "Any collusive agreement among competitors to restrict price competition undercuts our free enterprise system and violates the law," said Carter M. Stewart, US Attorney of the Southern District of Ohio, in the DoJ's announcement. Over the past few years, the DoJ has brought cases against 37 parts suppliers and 55 executives, leading to over $2.6 billion in fines. The investigations haven't always been so successful – some of the Japanese execs fled from the US to avoid prosecution. Critics allege that price fixing is simply how business is done. According to Automotive News, Sumitomo Electric Industries is also facing a $50 million settlement in a civil lawsuit that's related to price fixing of parts like wiring harnesses and heater control panels. The plaintiffs include owners and dealers that purchased vehicles with these parts. The company asserts that the violations are from before 2010, and it now has different process in place to avoid further violations. KYB Agrees to Plead Guilty and Pay $62 Million Criminal Fine for Fixing Price of Shock Absorbers Kayaba Industry Co. Ltd., dba KYB Corporation (KYB) has agreed to plead guilty and to pay a $62 million criminal fine for its role in a conspiracy to fix the price of shock absorbers installed in cars and motorcycles sold to U.S. consumers. According to charges filed today, KYB conspired from the mid-1990s until 2012 to fix the prices of shock absorbers sold to Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (manufacturer of Subaru vehicles), Honda Motor Co. Ltd., Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., Nissan Motor Company Ltd., Suzuki Motor Corporation and Toyota Motor Company, including their subsidiaries in the United States.

Subaru recalls new Forester over pedal entrapment fears
Tue, 30 Apr 2013Pedal entrapment and unintended acceleration are hot-button topics these days, so automakers are always staying alert for potential problems. For Subaru and its newly introduced 2014 Forester, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall due to improperly manufactured floor mats that could become an obstruction for the gas, brake or clutch pedals. The good news, of course, is that even if drivers experience this problem, the 2014 Forester comes standard with brake override.
At issue with the floor mats on 10,137 Forester models built between January and March of this year is that the resin material used on the underside of the mats can curl when exposed to heat. If the leading edge of the driver's mat curls enough, it can come in contact with the pedals making acceleration, braking and shifting more difficult - possibly resulting in a crash. To fix the problem, Subaru is replacing the entire set of floor mats in all of the affected units. The official NHTSA recall notice is posted below.
