If you have been looking for a clean, well cared for Subaru Forester with good miles
then you are going to LOVE my 2003 2.5X model with only 88k orginal miles, that's only 8k miles per year! You should
see the interior, it truly looks new inside, it's that clean. It has a clean Autocheck report showing no accidents or
problems and it is all original and garaged and it has spent most of it's time here in sunny Florida and it shows.
These are very pleasent vehicles to drive, smooth and quiet and as you know Subaru's are ultra dependable and will
run over 250k miles all the while delivering great gas mileage. And it's nice to know the all wheel drive is always
there should you need it. The exterior looks great with no dents, scrapes, fade or rust. It still has all the orginal
Subaru paint and it all looks great. There is a roof rack and a factory hitch that looks to have never been used,
which is nice. The tires have fair tread remaing. Again, the interior is like new. period. There are no stains, rips
or odors and this is a non-smoker's Forester. The seats look new including the driver's seat and they are comfortable
and there is plenty of room inside with lot's of hatch area. All the power options work great including the ice cold
air conditioning and CD stereo and there are no service lights on. Look it over good, it's a nice Forester. What a
pleasure to drive, smooth and quiet. The peppy 4cyl 2.5 litre runs smooth as silk and should with only 88k miles. The
brakes, transmission and suspension are all in great shape with no shakes or rattles, just as you would expect from a
vehicle like this. Its a fun vehicle to drive and you sit up high like a small suv. If you need a nice one I think
you love this one. I have the factory books and a key with remote. I have great feedback so you can be sure that
this vehicle will be just as nice as I am stating. Should you need help with shipping call me, if you decide to fly
into Ft.Myers to pick it up in person I will meet you at our local airport right here in town. I know buying a
vehicle you haven't driven is a little scary so I try to make it easy as well as fun!! As with all my vehicles,
this one was put through a safety check to be sure it is safe and road worthy. This includes an oil change and an
inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, tires, fluid levels, etc. It's just one more thing I can do to make this a
good experience for you. I encourge you to call with any questions @ 239-872-5281. Thanks!

The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value."
Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda.

Consumer Reports pulls its Tesla recommendation, the U.S. Copyright Office offers a ruling affecting car owners, VW gets hit hard with third-quarter losses, and lots of exciting news from Tokyo. Autoblog senior editor Greg Migliore reports on this edition of Autoblog Minute Weekly Recap. Show full video transcript text [00:00:00] Consumer Reports pulls its Tesla recommendation, the U.S. copyright office offers a ruling that affects car owners and gear heads, VW gets hit hard with third-quarter losses, and lots of exciting news from Tokyo. I'm senior editor Greg Migliore and this is your Autoblog Minute Weekly Recap. After a week away testing vehicles for Autoblog's Tech of the Year award, we're back in the office to recap the week in automotive news. [00:00:30] One of the things you might have missed was Consumer Reports pulling its recommendation of Tesla's Model S sedan. The blemish for Tesla comes after a tally of reviews from customer surveys. The most common problem areas for the Model S as cited by survey takers included: the drivetrain, power equipment, charging equipment, body and sunroof squeaks, rattles, and leaks. So lots of stuff. Though they could not ignore a score of "worse-than-average", Consumer Reports still [00:01:00] highlighted the fact that the Model S was "the best performing car" they've ever tested. Telsa CEO Elon Musk took to social media to defend his sedans saying: "Consumer Reports reliability survey includes a lot of early production cars. Already addressed in new cars." And, "Tesla gets top rating of any company in service. Most important, CR says 97% of owners expect their next car to be a Tesla (the acid test)." In Financial news, Volkswagen took a hit and reported an operating loss of [00:01:30] $3.84 billion. This is the first such loss for VW in 15 years. Toyota reclaimed the crown as the world's largest automaker as well. It's important that it's not all doom and gloom for VW though in Q3. Sales revenues were up and the company's automotive division boasts $30 billion dollars in liquid assets. It's a sizable war chest that will no doubt come in handy, as the company has yet to feel the full brunt of the diesel emissions scandal. Good news for gear heads. The US copyright office [00:02:00] ruled in favor of mechanics and car owners by granting an exception to existing copyright law. The law was originally meant to prevent software pirating and bootlegging of Hollywood movies.

Every time I drive a Subaru WRX, I wish one of my parents had taken some weird, top-secret spy job that would have forced us to relocate to Finland when I was a kid. I could have learned the art of rally-style car control as a young lad, and in my adult life, sought out a dangerous/rewarding/awesome career as a professional WRC driver.
Never was that more clear than on the launch program for the new 2015 WRX, where Subaru pointed us down a long, somewhat treacherous stretch of road in the tree-lined mountains of northern California. Quick elevation changes were met with blind turns and washed-out shoulders, not to mention rogue bits of snow, ice and gravel that lined the apexes of nearly every turn. Here, I couldn't stop grinning, my co-driver and I switching between second and third gears, with precise steering inputs and judicious braking keeping us safely on the road and not plummeting nose-first into the trees. And the WRX simply devoured each inch of pavement with a ferocious poise that made me remember why I have loved this car so darn much.
But this sort of 100 Acre Wood perfection isn't the only way to experience Subaru's darling WRX. After a long stint of driving back down the California coast on Highway 1, I realized that Subaru's line about this being the best-driving WRX yet wasn't just a bunch of PR mumbo-jumbo. Of course, it isn't without a few compromises...
