I love these guys! I take my car here for almost everything. If I need something I call them first and they can always tell me the best plan for my needs. Most recently I needed new brakes and a few things and one of the guys gave me an original quote but told me he would call beck in about 10 minutes after he made some calls to see how much he could knock off of the original quote...he was able to quote me $50 less ... view morethan his original quote...$90 less than a quote from the next comparable offer. Many times I have dropped off my car and gone on to work close by their garage and one of the guys came over to my work to let me know the status of my car and what he suggested...then went back and had my car done by the time I got off work. Not only do they do a great job and have wonderful customer service, but they are also genuinely nice people! I highly recommend them!
as for the other review, I am sorry about your bad experience, but I have confidence they have taken care of the person/people responsible so this does not happen again...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!...
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!.............JUST DON`T!
Went in for a basic oil change, after getting back home i noticed that the steering was a little clunky, after checking the reciept i noticed that they had also performed a tire rotation, on inspecting the vehicle i noticed that they had swapped the rear wheels with the front wheels, the only problem being that my rear wheels/tires are alot wider than the front... view mores!, i couldn`t believe my eyes at first, it is obvious that the wheels are of differing sizes.
I immediately took the vehicle back, and found the mechanic responsible for this idiotic error, he acted as if i was in the wrong and that it was standard procedure to rotate the tires........................to which i replied `yes the tires, not the f**king wheels!!`
After trying to explain his error and showing him how stupid my vehicle looked with big front wheels and small rears he sculked off back to the cave he`s obviously been living in for most of his adult life.
I spoke to the manager and asked how this error was allowed to leave the workshop, an obvious safety issue, begrudgingly he refunded my money...............but it gets better........................next day, cleaning my wheels, i notice that a wheel nut is not even tight, they had used the airgun too harshly on the rear and ruined the stud, another 2 hour wait ensued while these jokers fixed it.
I`m now worried if they`ve even done the oil change properly, i`ll be checking that too.
How do these people get away with not doing there job properly, my recommendation.............AVOID AT ALL COSTS!, ...................Morons.
