Dropped my Focus off there on Memorial
Dropped my Focus off there on Memorial Day which was convenient since I had the day off. Took 10 days to repair. The front desk help and the person conducting the estimate were professional, friendly and truly interested in ensuring my auto was restored to what it was. When I picked up the car the front desk help was professional and friendly. GO ELSEWHERE!
WARNING FOR MUSTANG OWNERS: DO NOT EVER USE THE COLLISION REPAIR HERE!! It`s abominable. The bodylines on my car are mismatched now because this repair center is just as greedy as the insurance companies they take money from to do the easiest repair possible, regardless of whether it`s the right thing to do or not. Any 2005-2010 model Mustang owner knows the sharp crease and flare of the rear fender is one of the mos... view moret attractive parts of that car`s body and both crease and flare have to be machine-perfect to look right. When mine was rolled flat by a negligent driver, I foolishly assumed the premier Ford dealer in the area was the place to go for a proper repair. I COULDN`T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. I told their repair manager from the start that I was concerned that the rear quarter damage would need a new quarter but the insurance company`s estimate didn`t call for that. They assured me that if they found that it did need a new quarter they would submit to the insurance company for it and the insurance would cover it, but the manager was certain they could get the repair right just filling and sanding the existing quarter. He was sure it would look no different from the original after the repair. Of course it didn`t. After THREE WEEKS OF RUNAROUND between Beach Ford and insurance company, I`m finally told that their shoddy repair is as good as it`s going to get. This is after having Johnny Jones, the Collision center`s manager agree with me that the two sides of my car do NOT match in the rear fender area and that (and I quote HIS WORDS) ""the only way to get it perfect would be to put a new quarter on"". I KNOW THAT!!! IT`S WHAT I SAID FROM THE START!! AND WHAT PERSON WOULD WANT LESS THAN PERFECT?? But he knows that if he recants to the insurance company now, he`s going to have to do the harder job for less profit. He admitted that (again, directly quoting him here) ""99% of people wouldn`t know the difference"" in the bang and fill type of repair that he did to the clean press of a machined quarter. I guess he`s saying that he assumed from the start that I was one of the 99% of chumps they atttempt to pull the wool over on? Or maybe it`s because I`m female, what could I possibly know about car repair? BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU CHERISH YOUR MUSTANG`S BODY SHAPE, DO NOT GO HERE. FIND SOMEONE WHO`S GOT SOME INTEGRITY AND KNOWS WHAT A MUSTANG SHOULD LOOK LIKE.

My car took twice as long as I...
My car took twice as long as I was originally told. This is understandable because it was only an estimate. But after seeing the work they had done for the time spent on the car was unbelievable. My car sat disassembled for nearly a week. The body work was done on the rear of the car (took 2 days) but the front remained untouched for 2 weeks. The total time spent on the car was over 2 months. When I finally got my c... view morear back the bumper did not fit right. They tried to pass it off on me by saying that`s how it?ˆ™s supposed to look. There were scratches in the NEW and OLD paint (scratches were on the roof where no damage was done...) that were not there before going in the shop. The painter missed the entire bottom half of the bumper`s clear coat! After some debate a new bumper was ordered, and fit much better. The paint on the second bumper again had scratches and had missing clear coat. After it was repainted everything seemed to be fine with the car. 3 months later I find sensors that were never put back where they were supposed to be. As for the customer service, the manager is rude uncooperative and cussed at me on more than 1 occasion. He went back on what he said multiple times, told me that I lied to him, and talks to me like I am a piece of dirt. The front desk ladies are kind of helpful; they don`t really know what?ˆ™s going on but get enough information to answer your questions. Based on the quality of the body work, paint and customer service I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this place.

This place is atrotcious! They tried to tell my my car was tottaled after my accident and during my estimate tried to over charge me for USED parts. I didnt get my work done here and I will never let them anywhere near my car.

Customer Service is Awful
We took our vehicle to Beach Ford Collision because our insurance, USAA, lists them as a ""preferred"" business. The ladies at the front desk, whether we spoke by phone or in person always made me feel like I was interrupting them or an annoyance. We made an ""appointment"" with Brittany to bring the car in for a Saturday drop-off to repair minor front end damage and were told to see ""Donna"". When we arrived, she h... view moread no idea we were coming, sighed heavily, looked around and said there was no paperwork and to just hold on a minute and Al would fit us in for a look. My husband was leaving on the ship for a few weeks so we left the car. When they called to have me come and pick it up, I walked in, was not greeted, was immediately asked to sign paperwork about them getting payment, to which I replied that they had already cashed the insurance check. Then she said, ""well, in case there`s more due..."" I was already in a bad mood just from walking in there so I signed. And waited. She looked at me, I looked at her. ""Is there something else?"" she asked me. Yeah, my car? ""It should be in the parking lot somewhere."" Really? So I found the car. Collision repair was decent, though I think they didn`t use new parts on everything, simply cleaned up my damaged grill because there was still minor issues. What really made me angry was that there were handprints in the car - not just greasy prints but what looked like watered-down bondo hand prints on the inside of the door, on the dashboard...it was filthy. Would have taken two seconds to wipe it down with a wet cloth. My husband left his Oakley glasses in the overhead and those were gone (not the soft case, just the glasses). Also, there was a large scratch (down to the metal) on the rear panel. USAA may ""approve"" of these guys but I would NOT recommend them.

Disappointed :(
I am pretty disappointed with my experience with the Beach Ford Collision Repair center. I was in an accident on July 29th and they started working on my car on Aug 3rd. I just got my car back today, Aug 29th.
I called practically every other day to get an update on my car because every time I called I got a different estimate as to when it would be ready. When calling I was almost always immediately put on hol... view mored. Then after waiting on hold for several minutes I would be told someone will call me back, which sometimes happened, sometimes didn`t. In one particular instance, I asked to speak with Jamie, the manager, and was told that there was no one by that name there. Most of the people I spoke to acted like I was an annoyance and didn`t seem very happy to be helping me.
After finally picking my car up today, I was not provided with any paperwork that detailed exactly what work was done (I was told it was misplaced over the weekend due to the hurricane). I was told they cleaned up my car but the interior of it is dirtier than when I dropped it off! I`m not sure what the techs who were working on my car did, but the interior cloth and door/dash panels are covered with a white dust/film. I am also unable to confirm that my car received the special EPA coating I had initially paid extra for at the time of purchase.
Overall I am disappointed with the service I received at the Beach Ford Collision Repair center. While I am happy to have my car back and in great condition, I doubt I will be returning there for any future work.

WOW!!!! I was so impressed with the work they did! The color match was incredible and their customer service was one of a kind. Jani was so nice and the shop manager helped us out the entire time. We even stopped back by with a problem not from the accident and they helped us out with it also. Great people, great place.

Donna and Shaun were great. They solved every problem that we looked at. The technicians name was Jeremy and i got to meet him and what a great guy and very knowledgeible. The paint job was very much on point. Thank you guys for such a great job! i will be telling all my friends when they look at my Honda.

Great Customer Service!
Bought a brand new truck and on the first blizzard in decades, a rock or some metal came flying it from the road and streaked across the hood, cracked the windshield, and chipped the left hinge pillar. Brought it to this shop and they were amazing! Now, you can`t tell whatsoever that there was damaged to this 2011 truck. It looks and feels like it when I drove it off the lot.
The only thing that prevents me... view more from giving them 5 stars is when they washed the truck, they didn`t completely clean the brushes they used so it created microscratches everywhere. They took it in, gave me a rental for 6 hours, and buffed it all out.
One thing is the management will always update you and will always return your call. They definitely go out of their way to earn their customers!

Beach Ford Collision Center
Absolutely inferior workmanship! They had the vehicle for over a month to do the repair. The color did not even remotely match the rest of the car. The texture of the paint resembled the skin of an orange. Vehicle looks like it was done in a friends garage not a professional body shop. Under no circumstance would i recommend this body shop.
