nikki.henwood I am sorry you feel that way but let me first say if we did not put oil in your vehicle it would NOT have even gone 300 miles and second the brakes and rotors really don`t have anything to do with your tire, we try very hard here but if a customer doesn`t know about cars I can see how you would blame the shop for things that go wrong. to say scam isn`t very fair to us.

Scam

It`s unfortunate what a scam this place is and I will write reviews wherever possible in order to save people money. Don`t get me wrong they are nice but it`s all a scam. My husband and I have spent over 2000 dollars in repairs and have had nothing but issues since. Of course he gets you with the "Id never let you ride in an unsafe vehicle with your daughter." Which is a complete crock! They apparently did ... view morean oil change on my husbands car which didnt last 300 miles and yea 300 not 3000. We found the engine bone dry. My tire is not working properly and you would think it would after supposedly fixing the breaks and rotors or what not. We`ve tried calling to have it fixed and the "wires get crossed" and they had "Cox" out there. Oh how convenient. I hope they enjoy their money because as far as I`m concerned what he did to my family and the safety risk he caused us will come back to haunt him. Hell say he upgrades your break pads for free and reduced the cost and this and that. Don`t fall for it.
