Avoid at all costs
I had this place build me a subwoofer enclosure and custom amprack. The cosmetic aspect of it was very nice but the enclosure was not solid. However you really can`t determine that due to the panels that were added for the cosmetic aspect. After about 4 months the enclosure started coming apart. Well I took it back to have it looked at and I was told that I would need a new enclosure because the other one wasn`t seal... view moreed properly. So they kept my vehicle and they did not build a new enclosure but they took apart the old one and put it back together. Wood was chipped and everything was so off. It was terrible. So I took it back and had another enclosure built at no charge. However they kept my vehicle for 3 days just to build an enclosure so I had to pay for a rental vehicle so technically I did not get it free. About a month after the enclosure was built I decided to upgrade subwoofers from Power HX2s to T2s and when I pulled the Power HX2s out of the enclosure I was highly upset. The subwoofers weren`t even wired right. I had 3 subwoofers (all dual voice coils) in the enclosure and 2 were wired in series and 1 wired in parallel. Then the enclosure had no bracing what so ever. Also the port wasn`t properly tuned. I would not deal with them because their employee turnover rate is very high and that`s not good in this industry. If I didn`t live in an apartment complex I would do my own work. Also if you think you want to deal with them just go in and look around and count how many people come back to get things re done. They need to focus on getting their people trained and certified before having them screw up people`s vehicles. I don`t know anything about the others as this is only about the S. Lynnhaven store. Avoid at all costs.
