It was a lot quicker than I expected. RK gave me more money for my trade-in than I expected and a week later they called me back because they found me a better interest rate. I told the salesman what I wanted and he showed me what he had. We had it down to four Cruzes and I picked the one that I liked the best. It was awesome. I`m a long term customer. I have purchased 4 cars from RK Chevrolet. My salesman didn`t pressure me, and it took me about two weeks to make the decision to buy. I liked that when I entered the lot he let me look around and get the the lay of the land before he came out and introduced himself and started the process going. I hope this guys stays there. I Was Treated Good By Them

I saw a commercial on TV and I followed up on the commercial and I went to RK. Then, I went a couple of other places, but they didn`t even have prices on the windows. Everything Went Really Well

I got an email about some events, some sales event, and that drew me in. I needed a different car and I drove past the lot several times and saw some interesting cars, so I decided to give it a go. Outstanding!

It was outstanding. My son and I had an outstanding experience. We`ve been shopping there since I got my first new car when I was first transferred here down. That was 2001. We`ve been there ever since, as a family. I`ve dealt with Lynn since 2007. She is wonderful. She is the only one I talk to now. The car is a comfortable ride and is getting the mileage advertised. It Was Good And The Sales Lady Was Great

RK Chevrolet was good. I drive by there all the time and I`m always looking to see what`s on the lot. I saw the Impala and I was looking for a new car, so I went in. I liked the car from the beginning. The sales lady was great. She took the time to explain all about the car and to explain all about the warranty. She took her time and I appreciate that. RK Chevrolet Was Wonderful

My saleswoman was a 10 out of 10.She was reliable, not pushy, she seemed to care about me, and she created a win-win situation. I was referred to RK Chevrolet by a girl I`m dating. She thinks I got a good car too. The car is great. And as gas prices go up, I`m liking the Cruze more and more each day.

Honestly, they were the only car dealer that I would go out of my way to recommend to others. They tried to make everything work for us. It was all good. I love the car. It`s good for my family.

I have had my share of dealership woes. Did you contact the better business bureau? They took care of my situation the same day and I didn`t have to pay for the mistakes the dealership made.
