They will screw your numbers (prices) by saying they are giving you a discount but will increase 0.2% on the interest without telling you. So you think your getting a discount but they will add more interest on it. Told the sales guy and he says its " only about $20 a month" excuse me but that only $20 to me is alot. Had no... view more time to fix the numbers becuz we need the car bad by 3:00 and told them about that ? but all they would say is that they didnt get to hear from the bank. ? Does the bank take 4 hours to get a reply back? They delibertely stalled us up so we could sign the papers a quick as we could without making us think. So we signed the papers in five minutes becuz it was way over 3pm. But thourgh the signing i caught the interest rate increase to 0.2%. Had no time to deal with it becuz we needed the car by 3pm. And plus, you will get ripped off with the difference of what you are suppose to get if u trade in your car. ? We were suppose to get a difference of 200 dollars and that was what was agreed on but we got a check of 50 dollars instead. ? Called and was told there is nothing he could do. Not a really honest dealership here. Watch out and be careful. I recently bought two vans in the past three months. One here and one in stafford toyota. Stafford toyota i bought a honda minivan there and they were honest and gave me all the perks ( free car wash, free inpection and emmission, free oil change, free parts, free manicure service ? all for a life time) as if i were a toyota person. But here you get nothing becuz your not a cadillac buyer. All they gave me was a so called discount ( which it wasnt. And which they hiked up the interest) and free inspection. Not even a free emmission or oil change to go with it) but who cares about that. It is all about the honesty that a salesperson should give to its customer. So if you go here before u agree on anything have them make a copy for you so that you dont get ripped off later. UPDATE. Got a call from them and was told they are right and i am wrong. I just have to suck up the $50 when they told me i would recieve $200.

I am not happy with my situati...

I am not happy with my situation with Radley Cadillac. I had a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that I never had a problem with. I traded it in at Radley for a 2012 Escalade. About a year before I traded it in I spent $1,600 for new tires and I paid for Road Hazard warranty on the tires. My BMW came with a Road Hazard warranty from the dealer. I never thought to ask Radley about a Road Hazard warranty for the tires, because wh... view moreen a vehicle costs over $70k, I made the mistake of assuming the tires were covered. I have had the vehicle less than 2 months and today I had to pay $350.00 for a new tire because the tires did not come with Road Hazard coverage. Okay, let`s talk about it. What do you think? I think this should have been included. Do you? I called Radley Cadillac and have spoken to three different people. To this point it looks like I am simply out $350.00. This is ridiculous to me. This is not a low-end vehicle, so I don`t expect low-end service. I am NOT happy with the vehicle (I have had other issues with it as well) or with the service I am receiving from Radley.
