Very Poor Work!

Took my Camry to TreadQuarters on S. Military Highway for a nail in my tire. The next morning I found the tire flat again. We immediately took the car back to the same TreadQuarters with our receipt and asked them to fix the bad patch. They proceeded to print out a new estimate receipt and my husband asked why they were going to charge us again. We told them that we had not driven the car anywhere, to which the assis... view moretant manager retorted, "Well, you drove it home, didn`t you?" He offered to look at the tire again, but we were so angry that we took it to another mechanic. That mechanic told us that the puncture location had been worn down so far past the cord body that a sturdy patch was impossible to apply. We took the tire to another mechanic for second opinion and they agreed that the patch would not hold. What should have been a simple $20 patch job ended up costing us a new tire due to TreadQuarters` shoddy work! NOT GOOD!

They won`t take you for an arm and a leg..

I am a single female amd warry of taking my care anywhere for fear of the ""typical over-priced-she`s-a-girl"" attitide that seems to be everywhere in mechanic shops. This is the only place I`ll take my care if something goes wrong because they won`t try to sell me stuff I won`t need.

The first time I went there I thought my car was ready to explode and was ready to pay an arm and a leg. They spent all day d... view moreiagnosing it and were able to fix it by just re-adjusting something. It cost me something like $16.00, they said it just needed some TLC. I`ve had two incidents where they were able tp fix it for me without expensive parts or labor, anywhere else would of sold me all new parts that I didn`t need. These guys just fix the problem, nothing else. I`ve been going there ever since and will continue to go. I highly recomend it to people that arn`t car-savy and don`t want to have to worry about being ""taken"" for car repairs.
