An honest business in a dishonest industry

My 2001 Blazer was in need of a transmission rebuild and I decided to give Extreme Automotive a chance to prove that they stand behind their claims of "quality and honesty." Well they definitely did not let me down! The shop service manager Michelle explained to me upfront what I could expect in terms of cost, the work involved and the warranty Extreme Auto provided. Once my transmission was torn down and i... view morenspected, she and Bobby, the owner, took the time to explain to me the extent of the work required and went over every line item of the invoice I was provided so I knew exactly what I was paying for and why it needed to be replaced. They delivered on their word every time, from initial estimate of cost to the time required to fix my Blazer. Once I had the truck back it shifted good as new and with the peace of mind their warranty provides I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. Satisfied Customer

It`s been over three weeks now and i am convinced i took my car to the right place. Although my vehicle was driving, i could tell it was having issues. Almost felt like the car was going into cardiac arrest! After a thorough evaluation by the staff of extreme auto and the very well knowledgeable staff; my car is driving like it just came off the lot. Definitely would take my car there again for any work to be done.

unbelieveable customer service

i had no clue what was wrong with my car. i turned the keys over to this auto shop i had been refered to. i had been quoted twice the amount extreme was able to help me with. the shop even gave me a ride back to my home. i received a phone call when my car was done and was even given a ride back to the shop to pick my car up. i have had no problems since and will refer my friends and family to this business. thank yo... view moreu so much for what you have done for me and my family.

Great Service!

The knowledgeable staff found the cause of a mysterious engine light when another area mechanic tried and failed. You can tell customer service is their top priority. Having car trouble is never fun. They help make it as painless as possible. I will definitely return for future auto repairs/maintenance.

This place is great! As soon as I walked in the owner Bobby was so nice. I myself do not know much about cars, but as soon as i explained the noises and told him my problem he knew exactly what to do, and the service was fast. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

When my 2001 Dodge Stratus` transmission went out, I was devistated, I love my car! I took it to a local transmission shop in Gloucester where I live and was disappointed with what they told me I wasn`t confident that they were giving me the bottom line repair price and that the price would end up much higher since they hadn`t even looked at it yet and were guessing. I read the reviews that were very favorable and decided to give them a call. Bobby was great, I explained to him what had happened and told him where my car was located. That same evening, after I got off of work, Bobby sent a tow truck all the way to Gloucester to pick up my car. The next day my transmission had been dropped and I was given a written estimate for the total cost of the repairs with no surprises, within a couple of days my car was finished. I will never have to look for another repair shop again, I have found the best!!!!!

The Best Transmission Repair Shop I Know!!

I have taken my 2000 Honda Accord to other transmission shop to get repaired but after talking to the other shops I thought I was getting ripped off. So I got online and started looking for other options. I found EXTREME AUTOMOTIVE not only did they fix my car but they did it repaired my transmission for about half the cost as other so called transmission shops. Excellent Service

The individuals at the garage were very courteous and efficient. They patiently showed me what was wrong with my car (I don`t personally know anything about cars) and what they intended to do to fix it. Knowing that I had to pick up my kids, they worked quickly and the prices were good. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing automotive repair/service.
