Workers left black smear marks on my driver and passenger seats. I have a brand new Subaru Outback with light-colored leather interior. I was very upset. The assistant manager said he would "file a QCRI" with their district office and call me back. He never called me back. The next day I called and another manager answered, and callously told me that the regional office would be calling me "3 to 5... view more days after the QCRI report is processed." Not acceptable. They better refund me the full amount and pay for a professional cleaning at a place of my choice. I guess I will know the outcome sometime next week. Also, they charged my wife $72 for a simple oil change. That is a ripoff, considering I pay half that amount at the dealership where I bought our other car. Lesson learned: Never get your oil changed at Jiffy Lube.
