Take it 35 miles in any direction

The work is good, the techs do quality work but its the owner / service manger that your going to be dealing with. And this guy only sees dollar signs when you pull in with an insurance claim. I can provide anyone copies of his estimates verses the estimates of 4 other shops. Two in Charlottesville and two in Fredericksburg. Not one estimate but a total of 5 estimates spanning 9 years. Why is his so high? good question, it comes down to lack of compitition in the Orange area. The techs are good, I have had 2 cars with partially repainted. One had slight rust over wheel well to repair. The paint matching was good. But with any shop, they are only as good as the people they have. Pro auto body does have good people. Its a shame the owner found a nitch to stick it to your insurance claim. Bottom line.... you can get quality work for reasonable prices else where.
