Fast, reliable, honest service in Richmond`s northside

My husband and I have both take our cars to Simply Imports for regular maintenance and unexpected problems. The staff has always been professional and courteous. All work has been explained and agreed to before hand and I have always been pleased with the price and results with the work done. Good work - GREAT PRICES

Dealer wanted $450 to do the scheduled maintenance on wife`s 2002 CR-V. Simply Import did it for $200.

Dealer replaces everything on the maintenance checklist - whether it needs to be replaced or not. Simply Import looks at every item on the same checklist but only replaces those items that need service. Like the air filter.

Location is a former gas staion with mutiple work bays. So many customers little room to park. But that also shows that Simply Import has a good reputation.

Honest,reasonable import repair!

I have a Lexus RX330 and it seems alot of repair shops want to charge me extra just for driving a ""luxury"" vehicle.Example: Needed a timing belt replaced,got in touch with one import repair shop on Main St explained I needed this done quickly as possible.They said they would send a estimate via e-mail so I waited and waited and waited.After about a month they did send the estimate for $2400.00! Okay...but be aware

I have had some minor things taken care of by these guys before (tires rotated and balanced). I went there for an inspection, believing I could trust these guys. They pulled my car in and also pulled in someone`s car for an inspection. They seemed to know the guy. While back there, they put my car up on the lift for the inspection but never once did they put the man`s car up on the lift. Oh, I should tell you, I am a... view more female. They came back and told me that I would fail due to 3 major issues and immediately handed me a large price quote. (Bear in mind, my car was just up on a lift the month before with someone who knows a lot about Hondas (he has rebuilt them, etc.) We saw NONE of the issues they told me would have to be fixed. I told them to fail my car and let me go. Lo and behold, I went elsewhere and they looked under my car and guess what? NOTHING that simply imports told me was the truth. My car was just fine. Needless to say, I have a new inspection sticker on my car. Oh, and the guy that had his car inspected beside mine? He passed. I would say be weary of these guys. For minor things like oil changes and tire rotations, sure, go ahead. For inspections and larger reapairs, go elsewhere!
