Big mistake

In my first review I made a mistake by mentioning Jason`s name, but he nor his store south of the James had anything to do with the work. Mincz southside has been Exceptional with the work done to my vehicle! They have been professional, honest, and provided quality work. I have always been pleased

I have bought tires and had front end alignments there for many years and I have always been pleased. I have always found them to be straight shooters. Today I was out of town and had a tire problem. I called them and they provided me with information that helped me decide what to do with no hesititation even though I would not be buying something from them now.

Got Tires? Get Mincz!

Mincz has been stellar in their sevice and advice. I`ve been using their services for over six years now and they`ve never ""steered"" me wrong. My custom wheels have yet to be damaged by any old tire unmounts or new tire mounts. I`ve heard Ken giving his customers numerous options to keep costs down and their cars on the road until they can get things done right. NEVER have I heard someone sold something the... view morey don`t need. They have advised me against things that I thought I needed and didn`t! What kind of business would avoid making a sale and offer what`s best for the customer? Mincz. I recently had two worn tires that were making my ride miserable. Jennifer helped me and offered a wide variety of tires from $150 to $225 each. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive. I chose what I wanted and the difference in my car`s handling was amazing. One week later, I chose to get two more tires so all would match and wear evenly. No one at Mincz ever suggested I get four tires. I appreciate all they`ve done for me.

worse than merchants tire

I took my exterra to get fixed and they could not tell me the problem but said they needed to fix some studs on my wheels. Charged me more than the quote and said after the work my car passed inspection with flying colors. we they must not of fixed it well or inspected it. Two weeks later one tire had to have all six studs redone and I had to purchase a new wheel as well. They have no clue what they are talking a... view morebout, Been in business for years and did not know they would need an over sized tire adapter to do the balancing! I would never take my care back there. Up front they appear to be nice, but once they have got your car $$$$$$$, take a look at what Jason Mincz drives, CROOK quite bending people over!

Best in town

Ken Mincz has forgotten more about tires than most people will ever know! He can spot a bad tire from 20 feet away. I have a 6 year old daughter, and don`t trust my tires to anyone but Ken.
