Honest People - good independent shop

I had a Volvo towed to Twin Star after a breakdown on 64. Don`t let the negative reviews you see on-line fool you, the staff there impressed me with their professionalism. When the issue proved to be beyond their shop`s ability (a late model issue that needed specialized diagnostics), they recommended another local shop, assisted with the towing and did not charge me for their time. Great shop for BMW work

I have used Twin Star for more than 20 years to service the 5 BMW`s I have owned. Yes, work can be expensive. However, understand that BMW`s in general are expensive cars to own and maintain. In every situation I have found them to be fair and honest. My 5 series has been maintained by them from the beginning and has 250k and is still running strong.

Twin Star has serviced my BMWs for years and have always done an excellent job.If there is a question about a repair they will gladly take you into their shop and show you the problem with your car.I would recommend them anyone.

Criminally overpriced & recommend unnecessary repairs

Brought my car by for a routine repair. Mechanic recommended a further $1000 dollars in service, saying that the car would probably not pass inspection as is. A different, more trustworthy garage not only estimated the repair at half the price, but said that it was absolutely unnecessary in any case. WTF!?
