I second that emotion

I absolutely agree with Shagster. My prized RX-7 GSL-SE was stolen in the mid nineties, and although not particularly damaged by the thieves, was trashed by the towing company that recovered it--engine jacked-up into the hood because they didn`t know where the jack-points were, chain marks and dents all over. Roy`s worked very hard to get my insurance company to cover everything, and gave me back a car that looked ... view moreas pristine as I had always kept it. When I picked it up, Roy himself was wiping it down with a chamois, and told me that he thought his boys had done a pretty good job. I remarked on the owner being the one who washed the car before delivery, and he said ""Customer satisfaction is the only job I do here"". I`ve subsequently been back several times, and have been treated like an old friend, with commensurate service and results. I hit a deer tonight while bringing my wife home from the airport, so Roy`s, here I come again!

BEST BODY SHOP IN RICHMOND...

I have known about Roy`s since the late 1980`s when they were located down on North Boulevard. My dad was a mechanic who knew the people at Roy`s as his shop was located right by theirs. He always told me me that Roy`s was the best body shop in town, and meant it. I have seen the quality of their work, and it can`t be beat. I have used them for repairs on two occasions myself. Both were fairly minor wrecks. R... view moreoy`s took care of the repairs and I could not tell that there had ever been a wreck in the first place, which, of course, is the whole object. Work was top-quality, as always. My recommendation: if you are in a wreck, and need repairs -- call Roy`s. They might cost more than some el-cheapo shop, but if insurance is covering it....don`t you want top quality work on your vehicle? Don`t skimp.
