Poor Quality

I had my car repaired 6 months ago after the front of my car detached after an accident. Two days ago my car had a minor event when the front tire rolled into the ditch when backing out of my driveway-the whole front popped off again. There is no way to prove they did shoddy work and I am at fault. My insurance company no longer uses them.

great shop!

In simple terms, I really like this shop. I have had one of my cars fixed there twice and another fixed once. The employees have been very friendly and helpful every time (took a lot of time explaining everything to me before starting the work, and reviewing everything with me in detail when I picked the cars back up). Repairs were either finished on time or ahead of schedule each time and repairs look great. Poor quality paint job

I went to Burton for a rather small paint service - 3 spots that needed repainting. The price was just a bit less than other reputable dealers in the area. This was the first paint job on a rather new, 2008, Lexus with a factory paint surface. Four quarter panels were repainted and clear coating was applied. After I got home I noticed A LOT of dust or hair spots under the clear coat ... they were everywhere! I notifi... view moreed Burton`s (Jason) and they agreed and told me that it was an easy fix to wet sand and that should clear everything up. It got rid of most of the dust spots but there`s still quite a few. Jason said there was nothing they could do for the remaining (how about repaint? and get a good clean shop with a monster fan?). I`m not too happy about this because I now have quite a few dust spots that were never there to begin with.

Best body shop in Richmond, Glen Allen and Ashland

They restored my wrecked 2007 Dodge Viper back to and better than the factory! I was not able to idenify where it was damaged or repaired. They stayed in contact and updated me with the progress of repairs weekly and also coordinated with the insurance and rental company to relieve me with the headaches. Excellent service, highly recommend

I highly recommend Burton Paint & Body Shop. I received the best service ever. I was there this Saturday for a repair in the spoiler of my Audi. They took care of it in the same day. Excellent service, excellent attitude.

Very happy with Burtons

I was sent to Burtons by Allstate. I also checked these reviews and before I made my final decision. My vehicle was completed 2 days after the original date they gave me, but they did call and keep me updated the entire time, so that there was no surprise. Of course, getting my car back quicker would have been ideal, but I must say, the quality of their work and the friendliness and professionalism of their staff... view more made it well worth it! Excellent shop-highly recommended!

This was the third shop I went to to get an estimate after I had an accident with my altima. We live on the southside so the insurance company sent us to another shop closer to home. That place acted like they didnt even care about getting our business, so we went to another lcoal shop. Same story there, except worse. very good shop

Kudos burtons! Took my car here after one hell of a bad day, beginning with an accident during rush hour! Must admit, I came in angry and screaming. They just smiled and calmy helped me with everything I needed. The car was finsihed ahead of schedule and the repair looks great. Very professional. Nice guys too!
