Very happy with my service. I had quite a few problems when I took my car in. Sam took care of me and did it all for an extremely reasonable price. The quality of work was great and the time it took caught me off guard. I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family. Thanks Auto Haus!!!

The trip to Auto Haus went better than expected. Brian was seemingly honest and I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of because I was not knowledgable about my car repairs. I went in for a check engine light on my Audi and was given extensive information and insight regarding repairs and up keep. My experience went well and I will be taking my vehicle to them for routine maintenance from here on.

Very Happy
Some people seem to get mad at repair shops just because their car breaks down and the repair is expensive. These guys did a great job on my 06 A3. It was expensive but I attribute that problem to Audi and their now discontinued Mechatronic unit that they are not willing to stand behind. These guys stood by their work and even paid to have it towed from Richmond to work on something we suspected was part of the initi... view moreal repair but it was not. In addition to the free tow, they ate the labor on that! I also appreciated their support of the military with their 10% discount.

You cannot trust what they say must be repaired. I took the car in for headlight replacement and I got a list of needed repairs that was 8 pages long for my 2002 car. I took the car to a friend in another state who has worked on German for years. Some of the "needed repair" items had NO DAMAGE and did not need replaced. Some items (brakes) showed normal wear but were not in need of replacement y... view moreet. A few items that did need replacement were HIGHLY overpriced for part costs. Some things they listed did need to be done - but only about 1/4 of the total cost from the original quote. I will find another repair shop. So disappointed.

Auto Haus was extremely helpful to me. When attempting to add an Aux input to my Audi A4, the Audi dealership told me I couldnt do it and that they wouldn`t help me. Auto Haus on the other hand, was extremely helpful and told me to come by without an appointment. They hooked my car up to the diagnostic computer and recoded my radio to accept the aux input in less than 5 minutes. If you want prompt, personal servi... view morece, go to VAB Auto Haus!

I have been a customer for several years. Auto Haus has always been a reliable and excellent service provider! My car is 12 years old and running great, thanks to the great upkeep from VB Autohaus! I never have to wait and they get the job done right. A plus is that they are very friendly and helpful.

Auto Haus
Auto Haus did an excellent job replacing the timing belt in my 2002 Audi A 6. From the start, I was comforted by the knowledge and experience this shop has. Finding a good, fair mechanic is the secret to owning any imported car and Auto Haus is that for the German brands. These vehicles require specialized mechanics and this place has them. They guarantee their work for one year and 12,000 miles and this fact alo... view morene is very assuring when doing jobs of this magnitude. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to answer any question you have. If you own an imported vehicle, I would highly suggest getting to know the guys at this shop.

I recently took my 2002 Audi A6 to Auto Haus for the dreaded timing belt replacement. I will tell you Brian and his staffs made this job a breeze. Brian and the staff at Auto Haus is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they service. I called multiple times prior to bringing my car in and somebody was always there to answer the phone and my questions. Upon arrival, I was truly impressed with the cleanliness a... view morend professionalism of the service bays. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest independent guru/mechanic, your search stops here.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
I brought in my 03 Passat GL 1.8T to replace the timing belt and water pump. 11K miles later the tensioner bolt that maintains pressure on the belt breaks and the engine was ruined. They say it could not be attributed to the job they did and do not feel any responsibility for the damage and they want me to ante up $3.5K to replace the engine. Needless to say, I took my car elsewhere. My new mechanic says that the... view more bolt broke because it probably wasn`t tightened when they replaced the belt. Over time, the bolt worked itself loose and when enough thread was exposed, it broke in two. Obviously I will no longer use their services. I wish they would have admitted some responsibility and offered to fix the car at a deep discount. Instead I was made to feel that I was a new customer who hadn`t spend thousands of dollars on several visits to their shop. They did not value my loyalty and repeat business since I own two VW cars.
