My son`s 2001 Ford F-150 had considerable damage to the drivers door as a result of a minor accident. I couldn`t have had a better experience with Rick Stanley`s Auto Body, Inc. From the estimate to the final repairs and finished delivery, I was treated like a VIP. I am far from that but do enjoy the attention. Rick Stanley`s staff are very professional and do to... view morep quality work. The truck repairs were done 1st class and the process was completed on time just as they said it would be. Brought my 2010 Mazda to Rick Stanley Auto Body for repair to the back bumper after being rear ended on I-95. They worked with me to find a time that worked with my busy schedule, had the car done very quickly, and the car was spotless when I picked it up. Very impressed with the work and with the staff at Rick Stanley. Will recommend them to anyone! Thanks.

This is our 2nd experience with Rick Stanley`s Body Shop and as with the first, the service and repair on the rear bumper was outstanding. The age of the car is always a problem with matching paint, however, this was completed with excellent workmanship and you cannot tell that it has been repaired/repainted. Will always use Rick Stanley`s for an future work that needs to be done.

3rd experience with Rick Stanley and his crew. Our Acura MDX was slammed by a 70+ MPH flying wheel hub at the roofline-windshield joint. Nasty damage with holes in the roof and smashed windshield. Glass fragments everywhere inside. Perfect work- on time and as promised. Follow-up phone calls advising of progress- customer service second to none. Thanks, Rick, Adrian, and all.

I love the folks at Rick Stanley. They are an absolute joy to work with when you really need someone who cares. They are customer oriented and extremely knowledgable. Their professionalism is second to none. This is the 4th time we have used Rick Stanley`s service on multiple vehicles over the past 20 years. Each time, perfection. Our family would not go to any other shop.

While getting into an accident is never a pleasant experience, the experience my husband and I had with Rick Stanley`s Body Shop was a pleasure. We has such a good experience with one vehicle that was hit by a deer that when our other vehicle was damaged in another accident I knew without hesitation what body shop I wanted my car to be worked on! The pride and quality in their work is evident and the staff are very polite and keep the customer informed throughout the estimate and repair process.

Unbelivably slow and poor work
First they are unbelivably slow in getting the car into the shop. When I went there, I noticed that they had one bay occupied with a headboard that someone was working on instead of a car. I had to delay picking up a rental car because I could only have it for about 10 days and it took about 30 for the car to be completed.
When I picked up the car, all the work looked ok except that there were paint marks on parts... view more that they got from a salvage yard for some of the repairs, and there was trash in the trunk that I had to have removed.
Several weeks after picking up the car my wife was on here way to Farmville when the Check Engine Light came on, and she noticed steam or smoke coming from around the hood. She immediatly pulled off the road and fortunatly there was a filling station nearby. We had the car towed to the dealer who said that the lines to the transmission intercooler were left loose and one came off, draining the transmission of fluid and burning up the transmission. Bottom line, I will never go back to them again.
