Reviews:
I have been taking my car to Convenience for several years. The first time I used them, I needed some repair work on a car I recently purchased used. Timmy found out that there the repairs were covered by the extended warranty on the car that I didn`t even know I had. Instead of having me come and get the car, he transported it to the dealer, and then transported it back to his shop after the repairs were complete... view mored. The only thing he charged me for was the oil change.
I have taken my car there many times, and have absolute faith in the quality of their work and the honesty with which they will treat me. They understand the value of a satisfied customer, and know that gouging people will eventually close them down. If they say I need something, I trust them implicitly. That kind of trust in a mechanic is rare! I have been taken advantage of far too many times because I am a woman. And I know Convenience would never do that to me.
Satisfied customer for life!!!

Jillf1025, I had the exact same thing happen to me at this shop so clearly there is a pattern! Thanks for nothing Timmy! my price tag was over $14,000.00 and my truck still has the same problems and conveniently it is never covered under warranty.

More like inconvenience car care
I would not recommend anyone waste their time, energy, and money at this establishment. I have a 2001 Saturn which was towed to the shop for a battery and inspection which should have taken 2 days at most. So you can imagine how upset I was everyday when I called(because they never returned my calls) and was told it will be done tomorrow which turned into a week and a half. Now you would think if a buisness knew t... view morehat someone had a rental(which Tim knew) that they would do all they could to get it done asap, not so. I was worried about the vehicle and so they did a thorough inspection and when they finally called I was told the cost for repairs was close to $2000.00 I thought this was pricey and asked if the car was worth putting that kind of money into it, I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition and would run for 3 or more years that the repairs it needed was worth the money. So I agreed and had the repairs done. I was called in when the vehicle was finished and I went to pick it up only to realize that it wasn`t finished and I had to sit and wait 2 hours for them to complete the work. The car ran ok, not perfect for about a month until the transmission dropped. I am sorry but an experienced mechanic would have seen an underlying transmission issue if they even looked at it at all. I would have never have spent that kind of money on a car that had transmission issues and am very disappointed in the service I received. They should really change their name to inconvenience car care because that is what they are to me and my family. Shame on you Tim for doing nothing at all except taking hard earned money from hard working people. I should have just thrown my money out the window because that is what it seems like I did. So now once again thanks to their neglect and inexperience with working on cars me and my family are out a vehicle. Thanks for nothing Tim.
