Reviews:
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE VEHICLE
I bought a used vehicle in November I was given the remainder of the factory warranty and sold an extended warranty. Within the first few months it needed a catalytic converter that went fairly smooth. Recently we took out first long trip in the car and was stranded 200miles from home when a severe vibration started in the front end when evaluated by a dealership there we were informed the vehicle had been wrecked a... view morend needed $3000 of body work plus a new axle and CV joint and the warranties were useless because supposedly the car had been wrecked. I paid $1000 plus rental car fees for a week just to get the car fixed to get it back here and BOYDS states they will not reimburse me or fix the car as far as they are concerned its new damage. I have not wrecked the car I drive it every day to work I have witnesses to verify that Im stuck with a vehicle that isnt safe to drive and with out $3000 of body work if I do drive it I will have to keep replacing the axle and CV joint. Pleasant sounding promise spouting Brandon Boyd is unavailable for contact. So I am now in debt for a car that is undrivable and I cant afford to fix it and pay for it. Think Twice before purchasing a vehicle from BOYDS anywhere they do not honor their own promises and warrranties.
