Customer Service Sucks

Horrible customer service. Call ahead to be told to drop car off first thing in the morning only to come back at 2pm to find out the car was never even looked at. ALL IT NEEDED WAS TRANSMISSION FLUID AND A TRANSMISSION SHOP DIDN`T K KNOW WHAT TYPE MY CAR TOOK! !! WHAT A JOKE. Then call 5 times and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS! NOT GETTING MY MONEY.
