I had the most pleasant experience with Skyleur Versele at Shelor Motors, very nice and informative. It only took 2.5 hours from walking in the front door, test driving the vehicle, signing the papers to driving home. Doesn`t get any better than that! Thank you!

This is the third vehicle I have bought

This is the third vehicle I have bought from Shelor and have recommended about 8 or 9 people who have come and got a vehicle as well. They always treat me as well as could ever be possible. I dealt with Carson Poole and Chris Susserman and the finance department were all super professional.

Amazing Place (people hate that dont pay thier bills)

I started out on the website and they contacted me. Due to my job I had to play email tag with Dwayne, and he understood and also worked with me through email. Me and my wife then went to the dealership and in like 3 hours we were on our way back home in a brand new truck. I would like to thank Dwayne, Melissa, and the rest of the staff behind the scenes for excellent grade A customer service.

Horrible service

Yes i would like to warn everyone about Shelor motor mile. We actually had bought a vehicle from them and had problems the first time around and then (stupidly) went back due to the fact that the want the lesser amount down on a car around, and had to return for service. We went through the paperwork and filled everything out , signed, paid down payment, and drove our car off lot. Well we were enjoying our new car wh... view moreen one morning ( 3 weeks later ) a tow truck and a shelor boy are in our drive way and said "" we have to take your car"", ""WHAT???"" we asked freaked out! Well come to find out apparently our car was being repossesed due to LATE RENT, I kid you not, I am totally serious. The problem was our previous car broke down so we had to take next months rent and put that as the down payment on the new car. I mean what the heck does my rent have to do with me buying a car, especially when I had just paid a vehicle off there? Anyway, just wanted you to be ware be very careful when you go there, not saying don`t go just saying be careful as to what you are getting into.
