A trusted auto shop to take your car

This is the place to take your car if you want to be treated fair and honest. I take my car, my wifes car and all my company cars to Patton`s. Jeff runs a great shop and will treat you right.

Pattons is trustworthy and is family owned with morals

Pattons is the only place in the metro area I trust my cars. I grew up here, was born here, and have been ripped off or B.S. by everyone i took my car to, especially if it was broke down and you had no options. Jeff treats everyone equal and the prices on the sign are the prices. Occasionally he has been able to save me some money because it didn`t take as long to perform a task as he anticipated. Look at the building, the maintenance outside, the floors and counters inside, that tells you alot about the man your about to do business with. He keeps every single old piece off your car to show you where and why it failed, thus justifying the new part. I wouldn`t say he is the cheapest in town. i`m sure you could go somewhere and get exactly what you pay for, cheap parts and unskilled labor. When you ask Jeff to look at a part on your car, he puts it on the rack and looks all the way around to ensure your not driving something dangerous or your 16 year old daughter isn``t. He will give you a list of everything his tech found and it is up to you if you want your daughter going down the road in that car. Yes, he makes more money inspecting the car, but he could also be saving lives. Unless you tell him to go ahead and fix it as i do since i`ve done business with him for many years now, he will call you with all parts and labor estimates and answer any and all questions you have. He`s successful because he`s HONEST,SINCERE AND CARES THAT YOUR SAFE GOING DOWN THE ROAD. What comes around goes around as we all know and I assure you Jeff at Pattons treats everyone with respect in relation to your car, your financial limitations and he`s a peoples type of guy.Just go in or call one tine and you`ll know you want to do business with him. Its hard to find a place where trust and money go hand in hand and Pattons is one of those few places. I don`t know them except to work with them and never have I brought a car back, never and had 5 at one time.Trust is everyones problem and I`m telling you at Pattons you can sit back and relax and listen to what Jeff tells you, its always the truth. If I were talking to my friend...

If I were talking to my friend about this business, I would tell them: &quot;Don`t go there!&quot; I called on Monday and made an appointment on Tuesday for a 1:00 state inspection. I tried them last year and the experience was sufficient so I thought I would try them again. Terrible mistake! Especially for me because I am disabled and my husband was recently released from the hospital after being there for 4... view more months. I had to bring my husband and 4 year old daughter because I did not have anyone available to care for them that day. After much work, we arrived in the office of Patton`s at 1:09. I rushed in and appologized, &quot;I am so sorry we are a little late!&quot; I introduced myself and Mr. Patton said, &quot;I give up appointments after 5 minutes. I have to give my guys work.&quot; I said, &quot;What? I left my phone number. Why didn`t you give me a chance and call me?&quot; He said, &quot;I have that policy because I have to give my guys work. You can wait here until 2:00 and MAYBE we can work you in.&quot; I was very distraught! We weren`t even 10 minutes late. I looked at my poor husband and said, &quot;I can`t make him wait that long! He was released from the hospital April 29th and is disabled. I am disabled too; it is very hard for us to get out.&quot; Mr. Patton`s eyes darted to the handicapped parking space to make sure I wasn`t lying. Of course I was parked there with a valid permit. I was even more upset after seeing him do that. I gathered up my family and left. I sent him a letter yesterday asking for an appology and he never sent me one. Very disappointing!
