I have been bumped from the rear twice. The first time was just a rear impact...and McGeorge did an OK job of getting the new bumper on and the paint work was good....although the communication was lousy and the wait time was extraordinary. So, when it happened the second time...and I was also pushed into a car in front of me as well...I decided the paint and body work were more important than how I was treated and... view more took my car back the second time. Big mistake. Much bigger repairs. Much worse communication. And they did lousy work. Both bumpers and front lights were not installed straight. I took it back. The manager seemed appropriately appalled that they had delivered it to me that way and I got my rental back. The second time I picked my car up it was not much better. I did take it home....made a full list of the work that was wrong...and the work that I found out that they never did....and took it back....third time a charm, right? Wrong. I now realize that they can`t fix my car. Someone could, but they can`t. The bumpers are still not hanging correctly....the lights are not symetrically installed....good thing I didn`t plan to sell the car anytime soon. You`d think that a body shop associated with the Mercedes dealership could repair a Mercedes. But apparently not. AND to top it all off I later realized that they billed my insuanrce for parts that they didn`t use and had negotiated WAY more work than the origianl estimate on my car without even letting my know. I truly have no idea what work was really done on my car. And I`m stuck with it.
