This is the worst body shop I ...

This is the worst body shop I `have ever been too. Customer service is so bad...cant even think of a word for it.... Had 2 claims. Car claim was paint less hail damage removal. They scratched and dented my car on the drivers side, the entire side while at there shop to be fixed. Owner never owned up to responsibility of the damage but said he had no choice but to fix it. The owner was out of town when I picked ... view moremy car up. I was told he would call the following Monday when he returned. BY Thursday I decided to call since he obviously does not care about his customers ,unfortunately insurance company says I have to use them to fix it. Then my SUV went in for work. They put on new scratched trim, trim was not sticking to body, forgot to repair an obvious dent that they estimated. Brought SUV back they still missed the trim work that was damaged and pointed out to them. I was called on Thursday to let me know it would be ready in a couple of hours. I had to call them by the following Tuesday (I was out of town) to find out what was going on with my SUV. Again it still was not right. so that`s the 3rd time with that SUV There customer service is terrible, Dean the owner has no apparent hands on in the shop because there quality control is not working. I regretted ever going to this shop and I am doing everything I can to make sure that everyone knows not to go to them. Be warned and don`t go there.. and Dean Martin (Owner) if your reading this, but your probably not or don`t care, I hope your attitude towards your customers change... the only reason you even got a star is because I have to put something there..

Expectations Unmet, Won`t Go B...

Very Disappointed Chose them for thier strong rep & BBB ratings, but won`t go back. Initial repair took over a week (their estimator said 2 days). Quality was not up to their reputation. Unmatched trim, overspray, scratches not buffed out. I showed the flaws to their shop foreman, they took it back for a 2nd time, and it was again delayed, twice more. 1st after dropping off and returning to work they called to ... view moretell me to come pick up because their painter had called in sick. So rescheduled again this time they stated 1 day, but ended up being 2. Trim and overspray got fixed, but scratches remain. Also, for these 3 trips to leave my vehicle, I only got a rental car for 2 of them, even though I was never at fault, and supposedly the guy who hit me had top-rated insurance who was paying for everything. In the end, I just decided I`d had enough & would move on. Polite enough folks in general, beautifull office, but lousy communications, delays and poor workmanship quality soured my experience. I came away with the sense that they were annoyed with me for calling them on their own mistakes, were barely tolerant of the circumstances, and just wanted to get rid of me and my car.

Cave Spring Auto Body is first...

Cave Spring Auto Body is first class! The office was so friendly and the staff answered all of my questions. They communicated with my insurance company and handled all the "red tape". The repair work was great and they even called me a few days after completion to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends and family!
