Brought our car in to this Firestone to have an oil change and tune up. Our car wasn`t having any problems just wanted to get it done before something happened. After the mechanic found a plethera of things "wrong" with the car, and thousands of dollars later we get our car back, and per the manager it should be "running like a new car." Exactly a week later while on the highway the car begins jerking while driving... view more. We immediately brought the car back in. They didn`t look at the car until the next day, and told us it was something "new" but they would fix it at no cost. It took them almost 10 hours to get the car taken care of and after driving 5 minutes the car begins jerking AGAIN, and then the engine starts cutting out intermittingly. We call the Firestone just to get the response that "We are closed so you can`t bring your car in, and no you can`t leave a message because I and the manager will be in training tomorrow." We took it to another the dealer repair shop to find out that Firestone had damaged a sensor by using a solvent on it and broken a cover without even letting us know. On top of that the dealer even scoffed at the extortionate prices for the services they provided. We will never be taking our cars to a Firestone again ... it`s terrible when your car comes out worse than when you brought it in!
