WASTE OF MONEY

We got an 07 cobalt from him and of course had a 30 day warranty like any other lot does. One week later the car started acting up. On two seperate occasions we sent it back to be looked at only to get a bad attitude from him and the girls in the office denying any 30 day warranty. The worst customer service. Did some research and found they got dropped from the chamber of commerce for failure to pay dues. Kinda says... view more something doesn`t it?? Go to Jeff Buie in Tyler. Great service and high quality vehicles. Don`t waste time on the loser at Kents!!

Save your money this place is ...

Save your money this place is a rip-off wanting to happen. Once they trick you into getting a car from here they slap all types of ridiulous charges right when the car is almost paid off. Please take heed to my warning unless you don`t mind being jerked around and wasting money. DON`T GET ANYTHING FROM KENT`S AUTO SALES.
