I highly encourage potential customers to avoid this particular Caliber Collision location. I should have learned my lesson when I first encountered them in 2002/2003 on a total loss. My car was `picked clean` of any remaining possessions. I just received my car after a second accident this past April. There was no sense of urgency in repairing the vehicle. Originally, I was told it would take 10 days to re... view moreplace the front bumper, hood, air conditioner and radiator. 11 days later, my car was `ready` - although the `Check Engine` light came on and the car started shuttering before I made it home. I was told that they were unable to restore my car to pre-accident condition and that my car would need to be sent to the dealership for assistance. Basically, I was given this excuse because my file had already been closed the previous day when my car was returned to me - still inoperable. Basically, I was left `hanging` to haggle the responsibility for rest of the repairs between the dealership and my insurance company.....Who do you think won this battle? Not I. :( In summary, if you`re going to choose a Caliber location - choose another one. Even the dealership recommended I not use them again. FYI ~ My Caliber representative was Carlos.

worst body shop ever

I have had the worst experience with this place surprisingly because usaa recomended me to them. these people broke the locking mechanism on my convertable top and denied ever doing it they also never called me on the status of my car and to make things worse they said there was a part they had to order for my car that would take a week to come in it is a month and a half later now and I called down there to check th... view moree status of the part and the receptionist said they never ordered it the service at this place is rediculas just say no to caliber for.your body work and God forbid you get john or shane to help you they are completly incompetant
