If there was a negative rating option I would be the first to let everyone know! My Super Duty that I spent over $20,000 on is in the shop again!!! Once the sale is signed and you are out the door, good luck getting ahold of Kevin (the owner). He is a horrible excuse for a salesman, heck he`s the owner and still does this to people. karma NEEDS to come back to get him, look at how many people he is ripping off!!!

Intersting

I am not surprised with all of these bad reviews, I was at Kevin`s lot months ago and new this guy was a crook the moment I met him, I`m glad I went with my gut and decided to check some reviews before I went back... One question, how is this guy still in business. Is it possible to start a class action suit for those he has ripped off? it seems their are enough people

We paid nearly $19,000 includi...

We paid nearly $19,000 including the extended service plan the second time around because we figured if Kevin sold us another lemon we would have a Warranty to save us this time. Sure enough the Check Engine light (above stated) that came on 3 days after we picked up the truck was a dagger in the chest... The Duramax needs new injectors (all eight), a new transfer case assembly as well as a handful of other repairs.... view more(3 days off the lot) Cost of repairs... over $8,500 and the $2,000 warranty we bought does not cover a penny. Kevin refuses to help us and is calling us liars and scammers when both trucks he sold us were in the shop in less than a week off of his lot. We are good people and it is sad that we were taken advantage of like this. The 1771 miles that we supposedly put on the F250 is an outright lie. He forgot to mention that one of his workers had the truck for a weekend and put who knows how many miles on it as well as the inconvenience mileage driving back and forth from Austin to San Antonio trying to fix this mess. Any mileage we put on this truck was not pleasurable, we didn`t know the next time the truck was going to have problems. On 2 separate occasions the f250 shut off while driving(no joke), great truck right? Hopefully karma will be on our side and we will find a resolution in our favor.

We just bought our 3rd truck and the F&I manager at AMG actually asked us to leave a review of our 3rd purchase online about what we thought of our experience. Our review and experience with Adams Motor Group has overall been very good and consistent over the last almost 2 years in dealing with them. And I personally give them 5 stars!! We share their mechanic since we have bought only Ford Trucks from them an... view mored we have bought 2 service plans with 3 of the trucks, and coincidentally we have used it for 1 warranty repair so far with ASC Warranty Company and it paid like an extended warranty should have. About the only gripe we have is the lack of space on their lot and it takes a little while to get their trucks moved around, but they do it quickly and well. But I guess that`s not a bad problem for them to have. We will definitely be truck customers of theirs for years and will continue to refer business to them. These are used trucks with high miles and they are not perfect by any means, but we certainly love ours.

Awesome group of people to work with. They answered all my questions, let me take the vehicle to my mechanic for review and inspection before I purchased. Utilized their financing which gave me an interest rate which was less than my own bank. i was conned by this dealershi...

i was conned by this dealership sold me a car, that they claimed to have serviced it. they did not car had to be towed to shop and needs more repairs than the cars worth. WARNING STAY AWAY...From This Dealership

I absolutely would not buy a car here again!

I purchased a car from these people. The check engine light came on before I even got home. The owner then accused me of mistreating the car, therefore it had to be my fault. They claimed that the car had been serviced, IT HAD NOT!!! They claimed that their cars are all serviced by a qualified mechanic, however, supposedly he did not know how to reset the service reminder light in the car. They claimed that they were accidentally removed from the car and that they would send them, they never did. This car has now been in the shop four times and I haven`t even put 5,000 miles on it. Do yourself a favor and buy a used trade in at a real car dealership.
