This place is a one stop shop in Collin County for all of your car needs. It doesn`t matter what I am after if they don`t have it they find it for me. I can always count on them to find the hard to find stuff. I have been using them forever but since they got the nation wide search for parts I find myself using them exclusively.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

Wow. I have used this place before and it was good but the customer service I got from Doug the new manager was outstanding. I would highly recommend these guys. They were able to track down the part I needed quickly and for a great price.

CHEATS WHO CHEATED A DISABLED VETERAN

I`M SORRY I RATED THEM SO HIGH. I BOUGHT A PART AND WITHIN AN HOUR OF BUYING IT ICALLED AND TOLD THEM IT WAS THE WRONG PART. I ASUMED THAT I WOULD GET THE CORRECT PART THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE IT WAS TOO LATE THAT DAY.I NEVER GOT THE CORRECT PART AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY.
I`M A 100%DISABLED VIETNAM VETERAN AND I CAN`T AFFORD TO LOSE $240.

CHEATED A DISABLED VETERAN

I BOUGHT A BED FOR MY fORD TRUCK. IT WOULDN`T FIT AND I CALLED THEM WITH IN AN HOUR OF BUYING IT. THEIR WARRENTY SAYS 90 DAYS BUT THAT IS BS. THEY HAVE NO WARRENTY.
I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS NAME AND WAS TOLD HIIS NAME IS CARIE AND THE COUNTER GUY WAS TOM. THEY WOULDN`T GIVE LAST NAMES. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE EXCONS STILL ON PAROLE.. NOT PEOPLE THAT YOU SHOULD DEAL WITH.

Roy Miller: Very bad business!! BEWARE!!!!

Last week I was referred to Roys from Bills Auto Salvage in Sherman for a cooling fan for my car. I was quoted a price of 65 dollars which changed two hours later to 75. After returning to 65, I was told they had the part. I made the decision to drive from Sherman to McKinney in a car that was overheating to buy the part. I called Roys as i was leaving my home in Sherman. They said to come out the would be waiting on... view more me. My girlfriend and i drove to McKinney only to be told when we get there that they dont have the part. My car overheated on the way back to Sherman on a busy 75. I had to have a tow truck tow my car to Sherman. This was very irresponsible on the part of Roys Auoto Salvage and placed my girlfriend and I in danger. Very bad business. Anyone doing business with Roys should be very careful when deciding whether or not to trust them. I say not!!!!!
