4 Tires = 4 Hrs, Never Going Back

I will never go back to this establishment. I made an appointment and showed up on time. It took them an hour before they brought my car in. I was getting 4 new tires and it ended up taking 4 hours to get them. In addition, my wife had taken her car there the day before and it took 2 hours to get a state inspection. Way too slow. The only saving thing is they have free slow wifi. We thought the slowness was a fluke, ... view morebut it was real. Do not go here unless you have nothing better to do with your time.

Horrible

1. Rebuilt rear end and left out locking pins. 2. Cross-wired tire-pressure sensors. 3. Improperly diagnosed tire balance problem as a ball-joint issue and said rear main seal was defective when it was the oil pan gasket. They are either incompetent or flat out crooks.

I stopped off at NTB to get my...

I stopped off at NTB to get my flat repaired. I waited 30 minutes to be told that it`d cost me $45 plus tax and other fees. Was a bit shocked so went across the street to WalMart and had my flat fixed for $12 including tax, etc. I will NEVER use any NTB again because of this. I`ll stick with WalMart or Discount, at least with them I don`t feel like I`m getting ripped off.

I went in to get one tire replaced after I got a flat from a pothole. I called ahead and they said that it would only take 20 min to replace a tire. When I got there, there was only one person ahead of me. 45 min later they had not yet moved my car from the front. When I asked about it, the person up front was rude and said they were about to pull it back. Again, said 20 more minutes. An hour later they come to ... view moreme and say the wheel is bent...no options were given and they walked back into the garage without saying anything. I had to walk around into the garage to get them to put the spare back on so that I could leave. Terrible service, timing was horrible, and they are rude to customers!
