Hi everyone, I have been to this place and the owner is very RUDE !!!! . ( Paul ) He will make promises that he cannot keep. Not all items installed are new " they swap items from one box to another trying to fine one that works ". Their work is very sloppy and when I came back a few weeks later because what they installed had failed, they would give you a dirty look like why are you back. No smile greeting... view mores at this place. I will never use this place again and good luck if you guys decide to use them. So beware because there are many other places that will treat you right and do the job right the first time!!!

Horrible Experience - Don`t give this business Money

I took my car to this shop for mechanic work. First of all the inside is filthy, owners dogs wandering around (as previous review mentioned). Damage was done to my vehicle such as scratches, black smudges of dirt/grease in the interior floor of my car due to the mechanics not putting down proper covers on the floor to prevent transfer. The inside dashboard of my car was covered with saw dust as they cut and make the ... view moreboxes for the speakers near the vehicles. So obviously the windows of my vehicle were open.

The shop owner is rude, makes racist comments while customers are in the store, didn`t take responsibiliy for repairs that weren`t completed, very little follow up and I still have to take my car to another shop to repair the original issue.

PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!

Do not waste your money!

Rushed installations, very sloppy work, filthy shop and showroom with the owners dogs wandering around. Damaged done to vehicles by carless installers from ripping panels off and tossing on top of vehicles to scratches in plastic molding and trim and dirty greasy fingerprints and smudges on interior including the tar from the inside of the door plastic vapor barrier spread across the trim and headliner! a great shopping experience

i have been shopping around for quite some time and getting the run a round. when i arrived at black rhino i wasnt expecting much but wow the prices and a++++++ service will keep me going back again and again as my project truck grows. i have to say i wish i new about them much sooner .they are closer to another stereo shop i have been doing business with for almost 12 years .the waits there are several hours and ... view morewhen its complete i was left wondering why i waited and all the problems and damaged they caused... with black rhino i walked in he gave me a price on the head unit i was asking about and it was quite a great deal the other guys shop quoted me 120.00 dollars more. i agreed and he started right away and was finished in the time that he told me ..i cant believe it superb work no damage custom detail ...i highly recommend these guys. thanks clifton

Tint & Alarm

I brought them a Viper alarm that i bought online and they installed in less than 1 hour and taught me to use it. $150 for install.

few months later got a new car and had them tint it. tint is perfect! with a lifetime warranty.

going back for a new stereo soon!

definitely recommend!!
