DO NOT GO THERE! Tonny is the most untrusted person, arrogant and ignorant. You are told by Tonny only how much the parts will be and you are left to discover at the end that you have to pay at least double after the labor is added. Also a supply fee is added to all bills. No warranty of their work is honored. If you like to be cheated and overcharged, go there. If not keep out.

Go somewhere else! This is not a business of high integrity, the man at the front desk lied to me twice in one visit. All I had done was a vehicle inspection. Will never take my car back here for service not even an oil change.

Never again. I expected this b...

Never again. I expected this business to have some integrity. I won`t go into any more details because I have a lawsuit in progress with them. I find it funny that 15 other negative reviews have been removed from this page. I encourage anyone else who has issues with them to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General`s Consumer Protection Division.

Moderate wait. Higher than normal oil change costs. Actually heard a conversation where the technician came back for someone else`s car who was getting an inspection. Before they got anywhere near starting the process (which in houston includes smog check, etc), the tech caught it would fail over worn tires and asked the front person. The front person said fail it and then try to upsell the tires - they will proceed ... view morewith the test if he buys them. Everybody runs their business however they choose, but I don`t want to hear quasi unethical practice from the waiting room while they work on my car. There are other AWESOME mechanics within a few miles, I would mention but I don`t want to sound like an ad for someone else.

amazing experience

I`m not sure what went wrong with someone else who had a review on Tony. I just quirked with him getting my truck fixed and he was amazing. He did everything possible to make things right and to make sure I didn`t get screwed. maybe that person caught him on a bad day...but I had a very good experience worth him and from now on he is the only person I will work with when it comes to our cars. thanks!!

Best Auto Shop Ever

I was referred to automax by one of my co-workers so I called them about my Landrover that I had already spent several thousands of dollars on already but yet it was sitll not working. I spoke w/Gary who asked me what was going on with it, I explained all I could and asked if the could tow it into there shop. Not 10 mins after hanging up with Gary the tow truck was at my garage. A couple hours later I received a call... view more from Gary explaining everthing that was going on and what it would cost and he was very kind and very helpful in this process. I agreed to the repairs and a couple days later it was ready for pickup. Upon pickup the young man at the desk was very helpful and very personable. I have since had to take my truck back to them for other problems not related to the previous and have received the same great service. I have recommended Automax to all of my family and friends and I refuse to take my truck anywhere else at this point. This will be my mechanic shop of choice from here on out. Great job you guys and keep doing what you do best.
