Rip Off

Knew of this dealership because a former coworker/friend Marty Manrod part owner.Looking 4 depandable vehicle.Told me had good vehicles coming n from auction.He got vehicles showed Ford F 150 black truck 127000 miles on it he thought this would b very dependable vehicle.Said he put it on computer they had 2 check out vehicles it did not show anything majorly wrong also stated that they had a service shop n Yoakum, Tx... view more this was a good truck.Test drive it seemes ok so on Aug 10 went 2 put a down payment 1200 dollars got insurance signed the contract. brought it home seemed fine mom followed us she said whats that noise truck making rolled our windows down the truck making squealing noise.Next day a friend mechanic look at vehicle, sway links, ball joints broken.Notified Marty especially since I only had the vehicle 1 day, after talking back and forth 2 his partners was told he could put me n another vehicle or try & talk to them 2 see get it fixed.Look at other vehicles there all the vehicles he said I could get in all were not comparable. We talked more told him I only had this truck 2 days give me my money back or get the truck fix he instructed me 2 take the vehicle home and he would take care of me total of 1500 dollars.Said dont worry u know we r friends im looking out 4 u we will get u taking care of.Instructed me 2drop the truck off 2them that they were going 2fix the vehicle he would get prices n see who was more cheaper n get it fixed.Mean while im thinking n have a service shop yoakum they own so y would not send it there 2get fixed instead sent it 2 Mickeys Auto they fixed it 4 total of around 900 something dollars, he called me on Aug 27 to pick the vehicle back up ready.Get there had to sign another contract I had to pay for some of the cost of this vehicle getting fixed he was tacking it on my note.We got into it that is not what agreed n what was told had to pay him 250 dollar payment due.Told could do this or leave vehicle there n he could say he repo it for nonpayment of 250 dollars due repo would go on my credit and he would not give any money back. In need of a vehicle, repo on my credit so I signed contract gave him 250 dollars for a total of 1750.Oil light started blinking checked the oil had no oil put 2quarts oil Then the next day the truck started misfiring coils need to be fix.Him, his partners decided could bring back get no money back or I get it fixed those were my only options.While problems going on my wife on the internet at other vehicles she came to this website named cars for sale sees a posting about a black f150 truck clicks it happens to b same truck check vin # exact match problem is truck has 218000miles he lied about where he got it from rolled back the odometer milage on the truck. Printed out copies.Sept 3 go to the dealership 2 turn the truck in get our money back. Arrive at the dealership. Marty leaves n another vehicle with out saying anything to us.Man named Donnie sitting desk we tell him what we are there 4 says can leave keys n truck with him Marty left 2 Corpus Christi 2 repo vehicle. Left Donnie keys, vehicle drive to store next door realize need something stating we had turned vehicle back in as of Sept 3.Drive back bingo Marty pulling back up he was just waiting tILwe left so he could come back.Tell him we need something stating turned vehicle n got mad saiid no so My wife calls the police so that we can get a police report so that we would have proof from someone that we no longer had vehicle. We wait for the police to arrive all the while hearing from Marty Manrod that this is not a voluntary surrender it was a repo and he was gonna put it on my credit report and we would not receive any of the 1750 dollars back it was just our lost and all he was gonna do was auction it off and make more money on it.The police get a statement from both of us and he agrees to give us a print out.We have pics we took and proof from internet as well as witnesses.Vin# 1FTDX18W0VKC55626
