Absolutely horrible! They had ...

Absolutely horrible! They had my car for 3 weeks (after telling me that they would be able to get to it 2 days after it was towed there) to replace the transmission. They were supposed to go pick up a used transmission from Abilene and put it in my car. After 2 and a half weeks I ended up having to go get the transmission myself (had to drive from Littlefield - 45 minutes the other side of Lubbock and a 4 hour drive ... view moreone way from there). The owner told me he would have to charge me $300 for him to pick it up for me. They informed me that they had lost my keys and were just going to replace the ignition and we would deal with not being able to lock the doors later. It was like pulling teeth getting them to get a locksmith to make a new key - plus I now dont have a remote for my doors or the house key that was on there. A few days after I finally got my car back, it started smelling funny. When I took it to have it checked out I was informed that Sweetwater Auto and Tire had not replaced the rear seal on the transmission. They said that I hadnt asked them to do it or payed for it, but they did charge me $60 in shop fees for gear oil, seals and anything else needed. The place that I bought it from, along with everybody else that knows anything about vehicles, said that the rear main seal must always be replaced when a transmission is put in. This place totally screwed me over and I would absolutely hate it for anything like this to happen to anyone else!
