It was Saturday moring of May 16th, 2009. I was waiting for the vehocle in front of me to finish when the owner of this place came up to my window and grabbed my card to swipe for the charging fee. As I was pulling in I wasn?ˆ™t quite aligned. Next I see is the owner yelling for me to turn my wheels to the right. I even apologized and yet he kept yelling. It wasn`t until I told to not continue doing so that things ... view moregot more heated. After the washing cycle, I confronted him; stating that customers should not be spoken to in the matter. His response: ""I really don`t give a damn what you think, as far as I`m concerned you can take your complaints somewhere else."" When I asked for his name to report him to the company, he laughed and indicated he was the owner. At the end of the long very verbally abusive way in which he spoke to me. He TOLD me using profanity. By the way, didI mention, I had my 7 yr old daughter w/me. I ended up calling the police. They showed up right after he had decided to leave but not before throwing the monjey I had paid in my face. Aside from his lack of respect which angered me, I feel more upset about the fact that he made my daughter cry. His day is coming in court as I plan to charge w/disorderly conduct w/language. Oh, and he also happens to own the Jiffy Lube right next door. If anyone else has had a similar experience w/this man please contact me!!!
