Their ability to estimate the amount of time it takes to repair a car is horrible. First they said the repair would take a week and then every day for another week, they said it would be done that afternoon or the next day. Now two and a half weeks later, they are still unsure when it will be done. How can they be within a day of being done so many times yet never quite finish it? I talked with two different guys and both gave me the same run around and the same `don`t call us, we`ll call you` attitude.
