DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME AT CLAY COOLEY SUZUKI!! COMPLETE SCAM! I received an offer in the mail stating that I was "preapproved" for $31k at this dealership and a card for $500 down, and when I went in the salesman told me he had no idea what that even was.So I filled out all the paperwork he asked me to and then they started their games. They refused to tell me what they were giving me for my trade in which i... view mores TOTALLY shady since that pretty much determines how much you need to put down (if anything)!!! When I told them part of their offer included a card worth $500 down and that`s all I was going to give them, they said they need $500 more to get my payments where I wanted them. BS. Really? That $500 is really going to lower my payments over 72 months? Then they wouldn`t give me my keys back to my car so that I could leave and kept coming back and forth from the finance manager with different offers on cars that are half the size of a real car. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don`t waste your time at this dealership unless you are desperate and have money to throw directly into the salesman or finance manager`s pockets.

Garbage

My car that i am paying for is alllll MESSED up..... the computer dont work on it and i have paid for it but still no good. i cant even pass inspection and the car is a dam 2007. are you serious. they wont even fix it and the stupid truck lock fell off into it and so did the driver side door lock when they made me a key and they broke it they still wanna charge me for it..
