Great Service!

The front bracket in my HHR came off. I took the car to this shop. They got it fixed in 15 min. And guess what...they did not charge me. It`s great service. For sure, I will be back when my car really breaks.

Open, Honest and always gives you options

I like Auto Check, they have always been honest and upfront with me about pricing. I`ve have had everything done there from Oil Changes, Alignments, to AC Compressor replacement. I would go back, anytime.

Very Dishonest and Overpriced

My experience with Auto Check of Friendswood was very negative. We took 2 of our vehicles there and spent a great deal of money and neither issue was ever resolved. They were very dishonest and blatantly lied to us on several occasions. I would not trust that their recommendations for a vehicle are true, and I feel confident the work would be better priced elsewhere. Our final time there, we were told by management t... view morehat ""they have plenty of business"", and were basically not worried about our complaint. Such an attitude of apathy and arrogance towards customer service speaks volumes for the quality of this organization. I was surprised to find several other similar reviews on the internet regarding this company from years past, which shows a history of similar issues, and usually one person`s complaint represents many other people that have not spoken up.
