On Sep 15, 2012 we took our Chevy Tahoe for a full detail inside/outside plus hand wax job. We pre-paid 100.00 for this service which was a huge mistake. As we came back approx 6 hours later the car looked great on the inside so credit to the young man who performed that job but as I did my inspection of the exterior I was highly disappointed at the job. The young man said the manager did the wax job and so when the manager came out the only one at the time and said "what`s the problem as he "personally waxed this vehicle". You can clearly see and rub on the paint that there was ZERO wax on this car as I used to do allot of car detailing at one time I know this for a fact. I also pointed out all the dirt and grime still visible on the doors and said so you put wax over this? He said it was hard water spots? Now, I rubbed the spots out easily with one finger and he just babbled on and on making excuses clearly caught in his lies and false work. I know you have many locations but this manager at this location who was there around 6:45pm, I did not get his name as I was furious at the blatant lies he threw at me and the feeling of totally being ripped off of $100.00 you should know the shady service he provided us. He may have gotten over on someone who did not know his detailing and understand his waxes....But not on this savvy customer....Horrible and will never allow my wife to bring her car to that establishment again. He offered no type of excuse other than "hard water"....Unreal!!! PS?ˆ¦.I threw water all over my hood when we got home?ˆ¦.SUPRISE SURPRISE?ˆ¦.It did not bead up?ˆ¦I wonder why?

The guys up front are helpful, friendly and efficient. I went in for a wash and wax for about $40. I asked how long it would take them and they told me (the first time when I inquired during a previous wash and today when I went in for my wash/wax) about 30 minutes. The wash part was pretty smooth and quick. The one thing they won`t do unless you ask is vacuum your trunk or wipe down the engine/trunk channels. They a... view morere not as detailed as those some auto detailers that I`ve been to in other places--Colorado & Virginia. It`s my understanding from talking to a few auto repair shops in the area that it can be hard to find a good detailing shop. My rims were not as clean as they could have been--probably because they took less than one hour to do the whole thing. They only wiped the interior down which was ok--I don`t like armor all products anyway so no problem there. No cleaning/washing of the mats? My mats didn`t look like they had been cleaned very well. The exterior wax job took about 30 minutes and came out ok. A semi-complete wash/hand dry will run you $20. I`ve been to professional detailing shops that will charge you over $100. I guess for about $40 it`s ok if you`ve neglected your car for awhile and you don`t feel like investing a full day to do it yourself. Yes--the two rating means I`ve had better experiences from elsewhere--not necessarily in SA or surrounding areas. They probably go through up and downs like other businesses. One of the managers told me that they were still working out the kinks which is understandable for a business which is still fairly new to the area and employs young kids. You`ll just have to make sure you inspect your vehicle to make sure you`re satisfied with the final results. I report back when I use them again.
