All work is done to the highest possable quailty, working with the customer making their dream vehicle a reality. I want to start by saying that...

I want to start by saying that this is the FIRST time i have been compelled to write a review. Caliber Collision was recommended to us by our insurence Co. USAA, as the "recomended Center", Please dont let this happen to you, if you have a choice... any other body shop in the San Antonio area will provide superior customer service, quality and workmanship. My wife and i hit a pot hole on January 23, we we... view morere told the repairs would take four days to paint a door and replace two cracked rims...Just today, Feb 22 did we finally get our car back! These are my challenges with this place: 1) After placing multiple calls every day for two weeks, leaving messages,we recieved not one call back and were given the run around each time. 2) Our vehicles paint was damaged in a unrealated area while in Calibers warehouse. Caliber`s stand on this was "didnt happen here". They offered to buff it out, causing even more damage and major swirl marks... 3) Half of the original repair was to remove two slight dents and repaint a door... upon inspection of our car, MAJOR sags and drips were CLEARLY evident...we had to point them out! Caliber`s stand on this was "oh, ok, we will fix that". COME ON! Any quality control newbee would have seen that. 4) Last... Check this out! they never even replaced the rims... they waited 30 days, on a given estimate of 4 day repair time... to tell us they cannot find two matching wheels, Caliber`s stand on this was "sorry". We had to buy, ourselves, today, 4 new rims and tires, $1,750.00 out of pocket, from a local tire company...to drive our car home! I can not stress enough the poor level of professionalism this company provides, even to the point of being so disrespectful to return a vehicle, not only 24 days late, but incomplete, not safe to operate, and with what work was done... ridiculously poor craftsmanship. I was shaking while paying them for it!!...We are an active duty military family...and this is how we were treated... Please do not encurage this type of business...the Caliber Collision name may have respect...this Blanco location, will never have ours.
