Go With The Dealership
I went to this body shop because my Allstate Agent recommended it. My car was scheduled to be done in 2 weeks. I got a phone call in 1 week for pick up. I was happy to see the body damages were gone, but when i drove my car home i realized it wasn`t completely fixed. They took my car apart to paint, but when it was time to assemble my car together, they did not fully piece all that parts together. So when i drive my ... view morecar, all i hear is a rattle nose in my trunk. I took it back to them 3 times, but i still have the same problem. So i have come to a conclusion, they simply CAN NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM. If you must get your car fixed, I recommend you get it fixed at the dealership, because the technicians there, deal with your Cars make and model on a DAILY basis. At Sterling Body shop they deal with cars from all makes meaning they have a general knowledge on your car, wheres to the dealership, they SPECIALIZE in your car.

CRIMINALS
I don`t have room to tell you all the ways they dissappointed me. I would NEVER go back. First the repairs they were supposed to make took much longer than they said. Then when I got my car back things were missing, I mean, PARTS of my car! Some of the plastic coverings and stuff were just NOT THERE! On top of that there were huge scratchs all around the door handels on the inside of my car on both sides in the front... view more and on the passenger side back. Mind you, they were only supposed to work on the one side. It was almost like they had to remove the other side in order to see how the stuff was supposed to be attached. Then to top it off they miss-spelled my name on the ""garantee"" and blew me off when I tried to get them to fix it. When I pointed out the damage and missing parts they told me my doors were ""just plastic"" as though this was a good reason for them to have scratched them all up. This guy could barely speek english but he knew enough to let me know he didn`t think I was worth his time. In the end they put on a new panel that they still scratched up bu not as badly and the paint on the passenger side of my car, where the black bar between the windows started to peal and rust within a few months. When I brought it in I had only had the car a few months and this is how they left it. I wouldn`t be at all surprised if they stole my airbags but who knows...
