Best service around!

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service I received on my Camry. The car looks great and I am amazed how fast you were able to complete the job! Avoid

Wanted $680 to fix paint that, after I got home, realized washed off with a damp towel. I talked to someone else about my experience, and they said that they paid $450 for a new paint job. The estimate stated it would include repainting the entire bumper, but all they did was touch it up w/ a small paintbrush.

Best Service In Town

I am typically untrusting of body shops but B&B really went the extra mile to take care of me and even saved me money.

Who has ever heard of a shop saving a client money?

I don`t have a long history of writing reviews, so it should say something that I`ve taken the time to comment on how good my experience was.

Easy to recommend.

After reading the reviews here,...

...I was extremely hesitant about taking my car to B&B. My car`s front bumper needed to be replaced, and I searched around, getting estimates from a number of body shops around Austin.

But, after getting my estimate from B&B, which was a full $100 less than the average estimate from the other shops, I decided to give B&B a chance, especially after speaking to Robert about my concerns from reading these review... view mores.

While the replacement job took a little longer than initially quoted (my car was ready the next morning), it wasn`t B&B`s fault. The bumper that they had ordered from the manufacturer had a gash in it when it arrived, so they wanted to wait for a new, non-defective one.

They even had someone (Jesse) take me to and from my apartment, as a free courtesy.

The work done was great, and they even reduced their their estimate $40 for the extra morning, even though they didn`t have to (again, wasn`t their fault). I`ll definitely take my car to them for any future body work.

lack of comunication

my vehicle is there and they are having a problem finding finders that fit he said he fist told me that my car will be done by thursday and we are having a problem. on wed i will call you when we start to paint on thursday i got no call when i went by. the guy handeling my vehicle has been sick and the lady told me that as far as i can tell my car will be ready on tuesday its monday i will call today

Great Service, Bad Quality

Great friendly staff, but I have seen 10 year olds paint match better, and 5 year old put on fenders, hood on straighter. Why can`t I find a good body shop here in town? Does no one care anymore about how a vehicle looks? I will NEVER go back to them!
