I just called Rob at R&D Auto ...

I just called Rob at R&D Auto Sales asking if he would provide a CarFax report, and he told me "you can go buy one, they`re fairly inexpensive." He then went on to say "If you`re buying a car, you should get a CarFax report." This car was at the top of my list, but I place a much higher value on customer service. My thinking is if CarFax reports are so inexpensive and if you suggest that I ... view moreshould get one before buying a car, then why don`t you provide them for potential customers? R & D Sales & Leasing

They post pictures and advertise their vehicals very nice. They say their vehical should be perfect, but when I fly over there to pick it up it turns out way different from what they have put on cars website All 4 tires are very bad shape, the car is shaking. Big long scratch the driver side. Rats or squirrels chew up anything under the hood such as washer tanks, air intake cover, accelerator cover, radiator reserver... view more tank, washer pumps, battery cover and etc. When I point those out the owner get mad, they are very rude and harrass me. I have never seen someone like that in my life. The bad thing that I already deposit quite a lot of money I can`t back out.

The bottom line if you are out of town, watch out, don`t believe what they post or what they say. Their business is very small they have only 2-3 cars at a time and one mechanic guy.
