The truck I purchased, ""view photo"" and the team I worked with are new, they are keeping their word on everything that I expected. I think they were great. Especially since I was nervous--they took time to explain everything. Love the new truck.

Paris Ford Lincoln Mercury

Recently trade in a Mercury Milan newer model and less milage, for Jeep commander.Was promised a total payoff with $ 100.00 credit AT THE LEAST. I was told that all this work had been done and all fluids were checked ,everything in top shape.I had two days and wouldnt start so a look under the hood showed a factory air filter that was BLACK and and inch and half of soot, power sterring LOW, brake fluid LOW, transmiss... view moreion fluid LOW, Was told battery just fine .Got vechicle back drove couple of weeks wouldn`t start look under hood and NONE of these items were corrected water low in battery cells and told I needed a new battery $180.00 My milan had a brand new battery etc........ I also gave them 2 KEYS to Milan I only got one for jeep and was told I needed to go to Dodge house to have a key made at my expense.The only deal at Ford Paris is their DEAL My Milan wasn`t paid off as I examined my papers I had money to pay on jeep PLUS Milan Pay attention if you do business there .I have had previous experience with service work where I was overcharged and the work was CRAP I had brake job done and at every stop we did the wave I took back repeatly and I guess all they did was drive the gas out like they did the jeep when I took it in.If you want dissappointment and lack of service and nothing but your gas driven out for a LOT of money for work not done, Ford Lincoln Mercury PARIS is your kind of place.

Traded in a Mercury Milan a newer model with less milage was promised pay off plus money off jeep. Was told that everything was in top shape that they had gone over EVERYTHING in.just a few days and JEEP wouldnt start, a look under the hood revealed an air filter( FACTORY) that had an inch and half of black soot, every fluid low.Took it in for service( ha ha) was told it started right up for them no problem and that ... view moreeverything was gone over with a fine tooth comb.Before first payment ,wouldn`t start again a look under the hood, NOTHING was done while it was there but a half tank of gas driven out.Check of battery ,BAD needs replaced, for $180.00 plus tax.I only got 1 key for jeep gave them 2 for Milan and was told to go to Dodge house at my expense to have one made.I have haD OTHER NOT SO PLEASANT EXPERIENCES at Paris Ford but when i realized that Milan wasn`t paid off and I was paying on it and jeep.WELL........ needless to say I won`t be going back there for anything! THANKS PARIS FORD!!!

Awesome Ford Dealership

We purchased a new 2007 Ford F150 from this dealership and everything was perfect. We wanted a truck that was not in their inventory and they got it from Oklahoma and drove it to us in Houston. They met us at the mall close to our house and we signed the paperwork. paris ford lincoln mercury sucks

we bought a car from them,they did not want to finance a 8000.00 dollar car even though we had 2000.00 in hand.we went to bank and they got so nice after that.
2 weeks later the idle air control valve went out and they would not give us a break on replacing it.they wanted 300.00 to replace a 90.00 dollar part that takes 5 minutes to change.after we just bought it.
we went in for our free oil chang and tire rota... view moretion and after 3 hours we left,i checked my tires and oil to find out almost nothing was complete.
the transmission was not topped off,no brake fluid in cylinder.
and last of all NO TIRE ROTATION,i went back and the guy lied and said he swapped the tires around.
after another hour we left.
went back to get our next oil change and it only took 2 1/2 hours that time .
we have money and can go any place but it will not be paris ford ever.not even for a free oil change,that is to get you in the door then they find something wrong and try to bill you.

There is nothing to say good about this dealership. I have perchased many fords in my life but I would not even take a little red wagon to this dealership. If you wear a million dollor suit and are dumber than a box of rocks they may help. I had cash in hand and still would not sell me a car???????
