Never been treated so fairly

I received several quotes on the work I needed doing, and Bats had the best prices by far. Boston treated us very well and actually did more work than we expected. A couple of old dents and scratches were taken care of that were not a part of the new damage. I have given these guys several referrals and each one has been very happy with the service they received. Great small shop, hard working guys.

DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE!!!!!!

The owner of this shop (name is Boston) is a croook!!!!! He has had my car for 6 months, and keeps giving me the run around why it has not been finished. He said that the job would cost 5,000 up front when i brought the car in and would be ready in 1 month, 2 at the most. Now he is saying that it is going to cost 5,000 more for the extra work he has done without my knowledge and approval and that he is not releasing ... view moremy car until I pay him. My car is not even worth that much, nor does the work that he did total 10,000!!!! He put a lean on my car, and now i have no choice but to get it repoed from my finance company which is going to screw up my credit. Not only did he overcharge me for a job that is going on 6 months now, the work that he did on the body(not including paint job, because that would have costed 3,000more) the body job was crappy! He screwed nails in the side of the ground effects to hold them up, None of the lines match up on the body! This man is a liar and a cr00k, it is in your best interest to NOT take your vehicle here!!!!

I recommend them totally

I have 2 teenagers that between them have had 3 major wrecks. This is the only place I will go. The owner (Boston) is super to deal with. He goes out of his way to make it all right and if any problems will fix them immediately. I totally recommend him and I have to MANY others.

AWESOME RESULT!!!!

I recently was referred to Bat Body Werx, and my results were nothing less than perfect. I was quoted ungodly prices from competitors and BBW`s not only beat them by hundreds of dollars. I highly recommened this company, and if in doubt see for your self.

Don`t go there!!!

I have been to many body shops in the Spring/Woodlands area. This body shop by-far is very disorganized. The owner is also really bad at customer service. The shop is dirty and completely unmanagable. The work that was done on my car was horrible. It looked worse than it did going in. At this time I will also say that there is no connection between BAT Body Werks and Bat Auto Service. Many other body shops....

My car has been in the shop for well over a month. These guys have promised to have my car ready by certain times they have thrown out, about 5 times. Each time my car is never ready. Bat Mechanic says they are ashamed that they have the same name. I do not trust Bat Mechanic anymore than these guys. Their idea of fixing a car is cheaply fixing it and making the car look worse than before. Meh..

This was the third and final place we looked at for quotes to fix body damage. The place is at first comfortable to walk into but the owner`s office is very creepy. He has bat memorabilia everywhere. He also has a strange parrot. Their price quote was the cheapest out of Spags, Hodges, and Bat. However I did not think they were very professional. This prompted us to decide to take our business elsewhere. They store their cars to be worked on in the front parking lot and it looks like a junkyard. I do not believe they are very organized. However I still think their mechanic shop across the street is the best to fix your car in the Spring/Woodlands area.
