Used to work there, I can see new ownership/crew has made the place quite miserable to be at. Brought my car in for an inspection sticker, and it failed. Which, I am not upset about..it`s the fact it was a visual fail that could have been related to me so I could have fixed it before wasting my time.

BUYERS BEWARE - DISHONEST PRACTICES

Please do not go here if you want HONEST service. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing 4 huge odd looking boys come out of the back room dazed and confused - I should have known better! I specifically asked the strange beings ""WILL YOU CHARGE ME IF MY CAR FAILS"" The answer I got was NO PROBLEM WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! Low and behold if the red haired leader of the pack said ""this is whats wrong with the car"... view more" - I said yes I knew the light was on I already told you - I said last year when I was here you people cleared the light and did the test and it passed. I told you I did not want to do the inspection if there was a chance it would fail and I would be charged!!! I explained that I would just go straight to my mechanic! WELL THE IDIOT PICKS UP A SIGN THAT WAS FACE DOWN ON THE COUNTER AND SAID SOMETHING ABOUT A FEDERAL LAW!!! I was horrified - and shocked that I had just been so unbelieveably lied too and SCAMMED. I refused to pay and asked for the manger the weird red haired kid from venus said he was the manager - HOW CONVENIENT! I asked for the owner - HE SAID THE OWNER IS GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING! Please don`t go to this place - they are obviously trying to make a dollar any way they can - their service is horrible - a company with absolutely NO INTEGRITY - I am sure if all the cans of worms were open - we would find that most of the Katy community has been ripped off by this fine establishment! STAY AWAY!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

These guys are idiots, especially Josh. I brought my car in for an inspection with nothing wrong with it and they said I failed my inspection but still took my $40. His answer... go drive my car 50 more miles and come back and it should pass. SERIOUSLY?! When asked what was wrong with it, he said nothing was mechanically wrong with it, it just didn`t pass inspection. But yet, they took my money... and said if it did... view moren`t pass when I came back that I should take my car to a mechanic. But, wait... he said there`s nothing mechanically wrong with it. What a bunch of idiots!!

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
