Affordable towing, professional service

After calling almost a dozen wreckers to tow me a mile... I went with these guys. I refused to pay $125 to have my van towed one mile to my house like all of the others wanted ( I have a 1 ton van, so they needed a bigger wrecker) Nathan with Interstate Chaparral Towing Inc. was very professional and obviously knew how to do his job! Not happy

I called the company and they came out charging me additional cost because the car was in the garage. Really, there is not more labor involved. They put the car in neutral, put the chains on and pulled it on the platform. I had lost my car keys and that is why I had to get it towed. They delivered my car to the dealer to the very far end of the lot without asking the dealer where he should leave the car. So then the ... view morewi fi didn`t reach so far and it took me close to 2 1/2 hrs. to get the keys made. You would think they at least credited me with the ""extra labor"" fee since instead taking 30 minutes - it took 2 hours more.

Amazing Customer Service

I called all of the other towing companies listed above this one on this website. One or two were nice, most seemed annoyed that I called to ask for their prices, and one even quoted me an initial fee of $85 and $200 a mile thereafter!!!! This one was by far the least expensive. I called and asked if they would be available if I called back two hours later. The woman who answered the phone (Mary) was extremely nice, ... view morewrote down my name and the price that she quoted me for the towing of my vehicle. When I called back they had that information ready, and I got the lowest price out of all the other`s I called. Not only that, but the tow truck driver arrived about 30 minutes after I called! He was a nice guy, and I got to keep my quoted price. I`m very pleased with this company. Although I hope to not have to use a towing service again, if I need to I would use this towing service again in a heartbeat. Additionally, my quoted price was a flat rate - although the woman who quoted me the price said that was because it was within their service area, I believe - so there were no $/mile in addition to an initial fee.

Fast Service

I called eight different tow companies and got told I would have to wait 45-90 minutes. I called Interstate and they were there in 15 minutes. They got my car towed to the dealership with no problems and didn`t hassle me about wanting to pay with a credit card. They will definitely get my business again if I need them.
